Firstly i must say the staff are all…
Firstly i must say the staff are all fantastic and have been very good but the whole process has been let down by the collections team. The whole process has dragged on and im still without the car even though it is ready and the lender has sent the funds. The whole process has now become a draw out affair and has really left me unhappy. I cant fault the staff I have spoken to but cant help but feel if I had gone with another company I would have had my car by now and not be feeling as stressed.
