BEWARE...... ALL 3 of my cats will not even touch these, they smell them and walk away. I tried putting a little bit in their favorite food and they won't touch the food at all. I have 4 jars untouched and now the company scams and sends another shipment. I never authorized a recurring shipment. When I emailed the company about the 2nd order of course "it can't be canceled because it was already shipped" Then multiple emails back and forth telling me to delay the next shipment and skip a shipment......NO I WANT TO CANCEL. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR AUTOSHIP.

Really does ship from NZ!
First time using Kapsule and I was really impressed. Ive shopped from other sites that state they ship from NZ or Aussie but have often waited weeks for something that's been shipped from China. Amazing service and great product. Delivery was fast too. Thanks

Hi, Jesse here, founder of Kapsule. You're right to be annoyed. You waited a week for something that was never going to arrive, and a refund doesn't give you that week back.
The cause was a seller's stock not updating on our side, so the listing showed as available when it wasn't. We've since changed how seller stock syncs, and listings that can't be fulfilled now come down instead of staying up.
We're a young marketplace and this is the sort of thing we're fixing as we grow. If you'd give us another go, email me at jesse@kapsule.co.nz and I'll look after your next order personally.

Hi Catherine, Jesse here, founder of Kapsule. Sorry about this one. Having an order cancelled after you've paid is a poor experience, and the fault was ours rather than yours.
It happened because a seller's stock hadn't updated with us, so the item showed as available when it wasn't. We've changed how stock syncs from sellers since then, so unavailable items come off the site rather than staying up.
We're still new and fixing things as we find them. If you'd like to try us again, email me at jesse@kapsule.co.nz and I'll make sure it goes smoothly.
