The day before we were supposed to leave, our 3 year old daughter developed a double ear infection and pneumonia. I called to see what our options were, and Karisma declined to offer any options and told me we would lose the full payment. This is unconscionable and people should reconsider doing business with this organization.

Staff did not guide us through anything ( such as the Jamaican currency), always wanted us to pay cash instead of credit card ( I had to pay close to $300 of ATM fees because of this), staff were begging for alcohol and cigarettes from us, had to ask for a room change as the TV was broken and a leak in the closet therefore our close got wet, although we paid for an all-inclusive, we had to pay for Corona beers which they tried to charge twice and finally, the pressure, every day from staff to try and sell promotions to avoid customers from booking through the airline and this, from the first morning of our vacation at 8:00 AM by calling our room and waking us up.
Azul was the worst resort and worst experience ever, will never go back and certainly will not recommend.

I was robbed by Karisma in June 2025. They upsold me with the promise of one price and charged me a completely different price. I'm disputing with my bank now. It was not a misunderstanding; it was thievery.

There are plenty of great all-inclusive experiences out there. I would avoid Karisma at all costs.
