I was looking for new tent pegs for my bell tent that needed to be strong, found them on this site and cheaper than many others. Easy to order and delivered within a couple of days.

We purchased a 4 metre Bell Tent received a great product good quality at a fair price with 1st class service

Festival cancelled the morning after I booked a tent for over £400. Despite me emailing multiple times I have received no refund. I wouldn’t trust this company again.

Easy to order, fast delivery and everything seemed to be in good order! Loved to star shelter though need to work out how to make best use of it on Scout camp.

Very prompt delivery and extremely patient answering my numerous phone calls with queries prior to purchasing.

Even after confirming the order and delivery date, it turned out the product was out of stock.

We recently spent £500+ on a new bell tent from Karma. It arrived on around 22nd June 2022.

It arrived without one of the guy ropes included, meaning it cannot be erected.

We have contacted them repeatedly by email and phone to have the missing guy rope sent to us.

They assured they would send us out a replacement rope, then failed to do so.

I then called and spoke with Andrea who apologised and said they'd been at Glastonbury and would get it sent out asap.

It's now over a month and we have no guy rope and cannot use the tent. We run a campsite so this is hugely irritating to have to chase up.

Bad Karma...

I haven't used the kadhai yet but it looks beautiful and arrived in good time. It came well packaged and with some cleaning and other tools which was a great touch. Customer service was also great and friendly.

Really happy with the sales, and delivery and the tent is fantastic - I bought the canvas lite bell tent 4m. Really spacious and the canvas is a lovely fabric. Very good quality would recommend.
