I ordered mocha bag on 25.02.25 today is 11.03.25 they dont respond to my emails, ignoring me, also no update on delivery and after reading some reviews doubting I’ll receive it. Gross company and service

After placing an order with you on 1st February, you have failed to deliver the order within a reasonable time, resulting in a breach of the UK's Consumer Rights Act 2015.

I have made ten attempts to contact you and resolve this issue. My order number is 1091.

Please reply to my emails immediately with a timeframe of when you will deliver the item without further undue delay.

If I do not receive an update within 24 hours, I will be reporting you to Trading Standards, as your continued breach of the Consumer Rights Act is breaking the law.

Ordered on 27/12/2024 marked as order received,payment taken,No despatch or tracking,contacted several times,no reply,my advice stay well clear obviously a dubious front for a bunch of cowboys.

How daft or naive have you got to be to expect a genuine Boss item for £39? My jumper arrived in a reasonable amount of time, good quality snide, happy days.

I wished I had read the reviews, jumper arrived today absolutely shocking no response from the seller when emailed, how can they get away with day light robbery I'm shocked I paid through PayPal thinking that would cover me in instances like this live and learn update received refund through PayPal

Would have given 0 stars if possible! Looks like I’m the latest victim of falling for what seemed like a genuine Hugo Boss sweater in the sale. As soon as I received it with no washing label, no tags and most importantly Hugo Boss stitched underneath the BOSS logo, I knew I’d been ripped off. Contacted them for a refund but so far the only response I get is - we can’t give you a date but you’ll get your refund. No return address or instructions. Having to try and get a refund via my bank!

0 stars would be more appropriate. Fake rubbish with glued in logo. I'm old enough to know better and should have read the reviews before ordering .Get no response from company email. Finally get mail as ordered two, only received one (thankfully) promised refund for 1, still waiting. Now raised it with CC company as fraudulent transaction. I'll know better in future. AVOID AT ALL COST. RIP OFF CHINESE CRAP

Further to my previous post this company use term loosely they are scammers now refusing to engage no returns label provided this company advertising on YouTube platform disgusted that there now appears no chance of being refunded tried contacting trading standards who now appear to be all but cancelled it’s disgusting how people like this can be promoted on such platform and then when it becomes clear they are lowlife nothing can be done , so angry 😡

How have they got 2 stars average review. Cannot believe I got suckered into buying the fake Hugo Boss jumper advertised through YouTube platform!!

Seems like I'm the latest victim of this fraudulent company. I'm just figuring out how to report them and claim back from my credit card company. I'll provide an update of I learn anything of interest.

Wow........I've never been conned when it comes to cloths. How dumb was it of me was it to trust a company with no trust, no quality. This jumber is 100% fake. Its like a 12.99 jumper with Hugo Boss sewed on it. If i could be bothered to travel to this place where this had been delivered from I'd set the place on fire. Anything to do with CHINA is fake. How dumb have we all been here spending £39 on pile of rubbish. Given that is not recognised AT ALL i shoukd have know. My god am I really gonna try to go through the stress to send it back to a country with the worst customer service on earth. The biggest rop off merchants. I am fcuking fuming.

Ordered Boss jumper paid £39. Received confirmation of order 9/6/24 nothing received. Won't answer emails now £39 out of pocket. Obviously a SCAM.

Paid £39 for a HUGO BOSS jumper - no tags or washing instructions. It’s an obvious fake from China. Am contacting the company regarding returning as per their 30 day policy (wish me luck!)

Just received my 'Boss' sweater. Paid £39 for it and its clearly a fake. I have worked in the garment labelling industry for a long time and own other 'genuine' Boss products, so its pretty obvious.

Having said that, it seems reasonable quality. Take away the branding and you could easily see this in most UK stores.

Doesn't excuse it being a FAKE though. So, am I sending it back to China?
