Utterly fed up with items being out of…
Utterly fed up with items being out of stock. I understand the pressures small businesses are under but this is just silly. Waiting for six weeks for an email to say a pinafore dress is now in stock again only to find out two days later all sizes are sold out again. It doesn't really make any sense at all.

Excellent service and top quality clothes!
I ordered a couple of items, sadly one of them didn’t suit me. I somehow managed to return to the wrong place. Customer services located where it had ended up and refunded me, they responded immediately whenever I contacted them and I was really grateful how efficiently it was sorted.
The quality of both items was absolutely top notch and I have so many compliments on the top I kept. I will certainly continue to shop here and would hesitate to recommend to other people…

Kate Barton deserves encouragement and…
Kate Barton deserves encouragement and were it not for the slightly misleading sizing chart, and one review saying “love the lining” on an item which in UN-lined (why hasn’t it been corrected?), I’d give them 5 stars for good communication, interesting styles, and endeavouring to please. Possibly slow to refund on a return made over 10 days ago but am optimistic.
