I feel so guilty as I have now bought 4…
I feel so guilty as I have now bought 4 of these dresses. 2 in corduroy for the winter. It is so difficult to find dresses that fit my shape so well. I must admit I cut the ties off. So thrilled to have found Kate Barton's clothes.

Fast service. Accurate sizing. Makes ordering online much easier - especially if online shopping is sometimes a daunting task. Mostly tho, I love that this is an independent British designer/company.

Overrated and overpriced, Avoid
Very disappointed with the items I ordered. A blouse and trousers. The belt loops on the trousers were different widths the buttonhole not opened properly and tight. The blouse had an overlooked finish that was ragged. Cheaply made and fabric thin and poor quality. Had I visited a shop and seen the garments I never would have bought them yet I was charged for delivery (not refunded) and I could not locate the return slip online so had to pay special delivery which they did not refund either. I won't shop there again and if you understand anything about garment quality and construction, you won't either.
UPDATE re KB response which I cannot reply to!
Odd you cannot find me as I dealt with your Arabella on or around 28th Jan correspondence included order number etc!

You should have received email order and delivery confirmations which would have given you details about your order and shipment.

The return slip should have been included in the with the order, which will have included details about how to use our online return system.

The delivery charge is non refundable as in line with all online retailers.

Fabulous customer service and clothing
Received the wrong size. I was immediately offered the correct size and refunded postage. Customer service is very professional. Dress is just gorgeous. I have to size up due to having an E cup bust. This dress has a heavier fabric and the skirt needs taking in. No prob as I can sew.
