I ordered these shoes believing they were from UK, they are from China. Took ages to come, they are very very poor quality. They do not fit and to send back you have to send to china using a tracking system which costs a fortune. They will not give the money back even though one pair is too small and one pair will s faulty. Do not touch this company

Took ages to arrive, shoes not in box to protect them. Sent wrong size and too costly to return. Total rip off

I am cross with myself that I didn’t do my research before ordering from Kate and Peter London! This is a Chinese company took ages to arrive and then when they did, clearly not branded shoes and not packaged properly, really shoddy quality nothing like the photos! To add insult to injury they sent the wrong size and expect me to pay to send them back. Numerous emails not convinced it’s not a robot I’m communicating with! Only saving grace is I used my credit card I’ve now registered a claim so hopefully I should get a refund, feel like this would be one over on this scamming website!!

Goods took longer than expected money taken straight away Return address a cargo company advised me this is a scam UK then after to ing and growing I was asked what was the reason for my return then came back I had to send goods back to an address in China but had to be done within 2 weeks of purchase when buying I had 30 days - never again i am getting in touch with my credit card company and I can show paper trail

Website with picture with shop in London saying run my husband and wife. It's not. Sending poor quality items from China. If you don't like you have to send back to China paying the expensive postage if over £25. The site is set up to totally make you think it's UK and even says free UK postage.

Appalling fraudulent scam of a company, which I urge you to avoid at all costs. They’ve set up a website that appears at first glance to be UK based, which they push via sponsored social media posts. Shoes arrived wrapped in plastic (and made of plastic), with no tags, no return label, cheaply made, and stinking of chemicals. Refunds are only considered once the shoes have been sent back to China at the customer’s expense, which I’m obviously not falling for. Do not spend money on them (see also Edith and Mae York - another scam company selling the exact same shit shoes)

What a scam wish I had read the reviews first😡I ordered 2 pair took 3 weeks to arrive,I’ve not even bothered trying them on they are both cheap and nasty no way would I wear them.Not in shoes box’s which you would expect both pairs in one plastic bag.I thought the company was in London no where did I read they would come from China the advert should be taken down.I’m going to the post office tomorrow to see how much to return wish me luck.

Order some special orthopedic shoes loafers waited for 4 weeks ,poor tracking arrives in a plastic wrapping ,wrong shoes poor quality no lables on anywhere ,asked for refund ,sent it back to China! Never said they were from China it's there fault ,sent wrong shoes and I'm supposed to pay, disgusting they allowing this

Can’t believe I fell for this. Do not be fooled by the word ‘London’ in the name. The shoes are terrible quality and don’t fit. The heel is so high at the back it would rip holes in your heel. They took weeks to arrive and were in a plastic bag so were squashed. Of course the returns policy says I need to post them to China so I won’t bother which is probably what they want.

Don’t be fooled like me thinking they were a couple from London with a boutique style shop, the shoes looks really good quality, nothing arrived yet delivery says it did and when asked the company they send a fake photo of someone else’s door claiming this is classed as delivered. since doing my homework and research it’s all a scam a company in China never ever will I buy from a company I do not know. Avoid avoid avoid do not buy

A scam… they are based in China and they don’t disclose this when you are shopping or placing the order. I thought they were UK based given the name. You then have to wait over 4 weeks for the package to arrive. I won’t mind be the product is very poor quality - not true to size and don’t even match the pictures - the flat sandal had a heel! Then when I reviewed the return policy - you have to send to china at your own cost. They don’t even reply to the return email to acknowledge it or inform you where to send the return. Lesson learnt - I will use Trustpilot before buying again!

If I could give no stars I would. No items delivered, not even able to track after 3 weeks. Stolen my money, apparently I can't have a refund because they show as 'in transit' which has been the case for 3 weeks. Fuming!

They arent UK based and items come from CHINA
Cheaply made , aweful quality and deceivingly do not give return info on their website.
You have to email and get the details they then want a picture of item before sending the address details.

Scam! Never received anything and no reply’s to emails sent.

Shocking quality, avoid at all costs.
I could smell the toxic glue the shoes were made with through all the packaging and before I’d opened my porch door.
One pair arrived broken, and with a heel (they were flats in the photos).
Not true to size and would fall apart in a flash.
Customer services is appalling and they do not refund unless you pay all the shipping and taxes involved in returning items to china. Even then I’m not sure I’ll ever see the money.
Lesson learnt, don’t judge a book by its cover, the long standing, london based family run business promoted in their website is definitely not the case.
It’s cheap for a reason!!

I ordered three items and each item is incorrect and nothing like I have ordered. Better quality is sold on a market stall. Nobody is replying to my emails at all. Totally disgraceful. Steer clear.

Conditions for Returns

You may only request a return after physically receiving the item.
Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.
Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and in original condition, with all labels and tags attached.
Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.
Returning products that are intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the purpose of returning (part of) the order is not allowed.
Return Process

Register your return via iemail within 14 days of receiving the item.
You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).
You must return the item entirely at your own expense, including any customs fees or shipping costs.
We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
Refunds

After the item is received at the return address and approved in acceptable condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
If an incorrect address was provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.
Errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.

Avoid!! Absolute scam.
Bought two pairs of shoes claiming to be specialist comfort/orthopedic.

They are drop shipped, poor quality rubbish, took weeks to come from China, can’t be returned without exorbitant expense.

Do not waste your money or fall for the fake brand or Insta advert.

Terrible experience. Do not buy from this charlatan business. Shoes took nearly a month to arrive ,way too late for what needed for and anyway too small , no paperwork so I returned to address on package only to later receive email saying return to China and pay all customs etc.

Long lead time, poor quality - more furry cardboard than anything. Returns instructions seemed to suggest it was very difficult - China of course - don't bother

I ordered some backless animal print shoes which looked gorgeous on the website.
The product that arrived (after 3 weeks from ordering) were not fit for purpose. The shoe front was too short that was not big enough to hold the foot. There was too much material so they were gaping. The shoe was far too short to sit a size 6 UK.
Returns policy is to China at the customers cost including any duties & taxes within a set timeframe with all labels attached
Too worried to return in case the cost of return out weighs the cost of the shoes. £40 out of pocket.
