My 8 year tenancy has finally ended. Originally the property was managed by Bridgford's but transferred to Kaytons half way through. The difference was noticeably better once Kaytons took over. Pawandeep especially has been a great Property Manager, approachable and personable, on top of any periodic maintenance and great with communication.

I have been with Kaytons Estate Agents for many years, and from my experience, they have been excellent. They always respond promptly and deal with any issues efficiently, usually arranging maintenance within 48 hours.

extremely bad practices from the rental team, borderline extortion through reposit where they had attempted to charge me 4 thousand pounds, reduced to 900 pounds after an independent adjudication thank god. I was also without water in the property for a week due to inaction by the agents. Would actively avoid Kaytons in future when renting in manchester at all costs.

the management of this company are legitimate cowboys, wouldnt trust them to run a mcdonalds let alone being in charge of peoples homes and domiciles. Disgusting company and people who work there. Sooner the better its shut down and goes under.

I’ve been with Kaytons for around 3 months to sell my property. While there was an encouraging push at the start, this unfortunately slowed down quite quickly. Our original sales rep left without us being informed, and the new contact takes days to respond to our messages.

We’ve asked several times for updates on interest, including how many views the property has had on Zoopla and Rightmove, but have not received any answers. When we’ve enquired about their selling strategy, the main suggestion has been to reduce the price, which feels quite limited.

Additionally, the property photos were changed and rearranged without our approval - at one stage, the main image was simply a generic building photo, which we don’t feel represented the property well.

Overall, we’ve felt poorly treated and, at times, made to feel as though our business isn’t valued or even wanted. Even after sharing these concerns, we haven’t seen no improvement.

I hope this feedback helps them review their approach, but based on my experience, I personally wouldn’t use them again.

Kayton`s have managed several of my buy to let properties over the last 6 years. The team have been outstanding in all areas.
