Everything went well at Kcm . Everyone was kind and helpful . Just 1 little thing wasn’t right was having ham salad with peppers for breakfast. Sorry kcm just tea n toast would have been perfect .

Dr Marta is so straight no accurate and honest and her expertise is amazing

My partner and I went to KCM in Jelania Gora so she could have a Breast uplift. I went to support her on the trip as she was very nervous. We are both normal, down to earth people and read a lot of other reviews and decided to choose this clinic. It seemed well organised, productive, clean and polite. We are in England and the responses we got all seemed good and everything was going well.

Im afraid that's all the positives I can say !

We arrived there for her tests on the Monday. We were left in the corridor and no one seemed interested. I had to ask multiple times for help and no one seemed to really care. Eventually, after about 2 hours we got taken to each test (blood, X-Ray, ECG). We then had an appointment with Dr Marta. My partner decided not to have the mesh as we could not afford it. All Dr Marta would talk about was the mesh. However, she still agreed to the surgery. Dr Marta was quite rude with the prodding and poking and she really was quite rough with my partner. Her tone was quite blunt and bullish but I put this down to the culture difference and translation barrier. I was wrong, she was just quite blunt and bullish with no empathy whatsoever.

We went back the next day for the surgery, my partner wanted to speak to Dr Marta again about not having the mesh. All she kept on saying was the result would not be good. What was confusing though is the Dr kept on saying how the top of the breast would not look right. But this made no sense as the mesh only supports the bottom. Nothing would solve the problem with the top of the breast issue which then Dr Marta refused to talk about. She then stated (out of nowhere) that my partner had mental problems. Just so you know, she doesn't. My partner is a normal, well rounded individual. Dr Marta showed no care, no compassion and no empathy. Dr Marta then said that she refused the surgery and so my partner walked out in tears.

I continued to have a conversation with Dr Marta but it wasn't really a conversation as I couldn't get a word in. She was just plain rude and in-polite.

To say to someone who goes for a breast uplift that they have "mental problems", when they don't, is just plain wrong.

The next day I went back and said "as you refused the surgery I should get a refund". Marta, one of the nurses agreed and said I would get it, minus the tests, in about two weeks.

We then spent a couple of days in Poland before our flight home. Whilst we were waiting for our airport taxi we were chatting to 2 other patients from KCM outside our hotel. One from Ireland and the other from Scotland. They had exactly there same treatment. they were disgusted with the treatment they both received from KCM. Dr Marta even said one of them looked like a man.

What else was a surprise was the hidden fees that they did not know about. All medication, had be paid for separately. Plus she had to go through the airport with her blood thinning medication with no letter from the clinic explaining why it was in her possession.

So anyway, it has now been over 4 weeks and still no refund. I have been in constant contact with both Karolina and Marta from the clinic (using WhatsApp) and they have both promised me numerous times that the money has been paid, or in a few days, or accounts done it yesterday. That was all over 2 weeks ago now and still nothing. This is when I am lucky enough to get a reply. Empty broken promises, which is KCM all over.

Im now waiting for the "please contact us on on Info@" message after I post this review. well, guess what, done that twice and still no reply.

Yes the clinic looks clean, and the initial communication was good, but that is where it all ends.

Rude, uncaring, uncompassionate and unprofessional are the best words I can say for this clinic. My partner did not go there with any "mental" problems whatsoever. She was excited about the surgery and couldn't wait for the results. Instead she got embarrassed, felt ashamed, insulted and humiliated.

On top of that I am now severely out of pocket due to their broken promises. I am more than prepared to share my WhatsApp conversation with anyone who wants to see it. The only people who will look bad are the KCM Clinic.

On the whole my experience was good, The Caspar hotel I stayed in for the first 2 nights was lovely however not geared up for us patients, there was no kettle or cups in the room so I only had water to drink, maybe re think putting people here in the future.
The pre op tests were thorough and the surgery it self was excellent. The lady who does the chest x-ray was very rude and found this quite upsetting as this was my first experience at KCM, luckily the rest of the people were lovely. However, on leaving the clinic I was put in a hotel room with another patient, I believe the fee I paid was to cover all hotel and hospital stay costs and did not expect to be sharing a room with a stranger! Unfortunately for me the lady I shared with snored so I did not get any sleep. So after very little sleep since the Saturday till I got home I was very tired.
I have emailed "aftercare" once since my return and got a reply quite soon after so that was good.

It was a very late arrival not at one of the hotels I was told about I stayed in the Caspar which was ok for the little amount of time I was in it but when I arrived at 2 am there was no room booked for me and they tried to put me in a room with a couple that I had only met in the airport!
The clinic was ok but there was no private room there as advertised I had to share with another girl thankfully we got along very well but it’s definitely not what I paid for l, was sent home with no dressings or antiseptic spray for wounds all in all not the experience I was expecting.

I attended KCM clinic for a hip replacement. I can not complain it was a very good clinic with exception surgeons and a great staff.
I would have gone back for the second hip replacement however the price went up astronomically a year later and because I did not get reemburst fully from the HSE I could not afford to go back.

I received excellent quality healthcare service delivery from KCM.
The standards were very high, All staff were lovely and supportive.
I have no issues or concerns to raise to improve service delivery.
Thank You KCM for looking after me during my weight loss journey and would highly recommend KCM to others.

Excellent experience. Knee replacement surgery went without a hitch. Surgeon, nurses, physiotherapists all friendly and competent. Accommodation booked for us was excellent and transport to and from accommodation to clinic and to airport was efficient.

My honest review is that the nurses don’t speak very good English and wasn’t listening to me when I was telling them i was hard to get blood from.

But the surgeons who perform the bariatric surgery are second to none. Marta and Karolina are very good co ordinaters. This is not a quick fix. You must FOLLOW EVERYTHING THEY SAY AND YOU WILL HAVE NO PROBLEMS. ONLY PEOPLE THAT DONT FOLLOW GET EM.

I smoked 40 a day before my surgery. Now I smoke 0. 2 birds one stone. Thank you Kcm. 3 week post op 4 stone gone. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the minute you are picked up from the airport, you know you are in safe hands. Such a professional service throughout. Unbelievable amount of tests which was worth the money itself. I’m now on week three post op and feel so much different in myself. Thank you KCM

From the day i landed in poland i was looked after so well by the amazing kcm staff i was nervous as i was on my own but i was looked after so well i soon relaxed and i got my operation on the 11 of September 2021 and im doing amazing thanks so much kcm for giveing me the tool to change my life

I love kcm clinic it's a real treat for the senses i can't recommend them highly enough, lovely staff relaxed atmosphere and worth every penny.

Kept me up to date on each step of my daughters procedure, very professional staff. Even the drivers were very friendly and helpful. Very thorough pre opp tests & Kim is always on hand for follow up advice & the Facebook group is great for advice, recipes & motivational stories

Hospital really good and staff friendly and well organised. Hotel was out of town and didn't cater for someone who was having this type of operation a kettle in the room would have helped

I am a UK resident and I was initially reluctant to go abroad (Poland) for private surgery
(full knee replacement).

I did a lot of research and I chose to have surgery in Poland where I would also receive 2 weeks of personal physiotherapy as part of my treatment.

After surgery I made a decision to stay in Poland for more physiotherapy (for a few months) from Malgorzata K Kowalska because I have never had a physiotherapist like her.
Over the years I have seen a few physiotherapist's in London and they were a complete waste of time and money compared to the treatment I received from your clinic.
But the truth is I would never be at my stage of knee recovery without her.

She pushed me and I could never thank her enough because without her I know I would not be where I am today with my knee.
