Great company and excellent customer service.

I had such a great experience working with KD Kanopy. I worked with Linda Woodhams and she totally rocked. I could not be any happier with our Kanopy. Such a seamless transaction and top-notch professional company. Will only work with them in the future.

The top is very hard to fold and unfold because velcro is hanging out every where attracting any and everything. The top goes straight across while the velcro goes at an angle not connecting with anything there were no instructions or video on setting it up or attaching the top. It does not come down smoothly. I had to spray wd40 on it to facilitate getting it down.

As a nonprofit we are on a tight budget and wanted a tent and banner stands that were affordable, easily transportable and simple for multiple users to utilize.

Olga was awesome in explaining what would fit our need such that we made the most of our dollars for maximum impact. We are now proud to have our items on display at special events. Best benefit of all is being able to walk around the factory to see the different models. Shopping local -- a treat

They were very easy to work with, professional and quick. When we encountered a problem with the color of the canopy we ordered, they handled it great and were quick to replace it.

The sewing was not so good on the canopy it shows a lot of light through the seams ! I wonder how long before it starts coming apart ?

A good quality pop up tent. I buy there aluminum frame 10' x 10' pop ups for my rental store, they don't rust so they always look good. Occasionally a customer won't stake it down properly and a leg will get bent, but they are replaceable. They are a good investment.
