KEENS Belfast - KEENS Outlet Avaliações

Lovely shopping experience 🛍️ yesterday and today at keens sale shop. The girls were also so kind and helpful and I am away delighted with my beautiful purchases- also got great bargains in very high quality lamps and a table. Thank you both x

Bought a new sofa for our living room. Very pleased with our service, in shop staff very helpful. Very accommodating with our delivery date as wanted to wait until living room was painted and new carpet down. Cancelled first date and no problem at all. For delivery given a 2 hour slot which was great and guys very considerate even taking their shoes off when entering our new decorated room. Overall very pleased.

Great friendly service and good selection of furniture. Something for everyone. Ordering and delivery was seamless.

Love the quality of our sofas ..

Two very pleasant young men arrived with my chair at the specified time. They put down a sheet to save any debris on my hall carpet. They went the extra mile when they removed their shoes while building my chair in the living room. I have not experienced this level of customer care for quite a while. Well Done Keen’s

Fantastic service at great prices. Was in contact with Cathy at the Outlet shop on the Tuesday as needed our new studio furnished within a few days. Visited stores that afternoon, got all we required between the Outlet and Denise at Main Keens store.
Delivered Friday afternoon. All brought in and set up by their delivery guys. Have been back and purchased few other items since and just waiting on our next delivery.
Could not fault this company in any way. Due to having their Sale on we got some really great deals and we are not finished yet!

My piece of furniture (an armchair) is excellent quality and was reasonably priced. The chair was delivered on the date that was promised. All staff involved were polite and friendly.

Great service and very polite and friendly delivery service 👍

Bought a kitchen table. Happy with the product and service.

Fantastic service. Staff were amazing and extremely helpful. I will definitely recommend this place to lots of people. Johnny, in particular, was brilliant.

Very pleasant staff in shop, on hand for advice and information but also not overbearing. Delivery was excellent, on time, efficient and everything went smoothly. We bought a pale coloured sofa, it arrived wrapped in protective cover so no possibility of it getting damaged or marked. Love both Keens stores, such a great range of stock

great experience in the shop with a very helpful assistant , quick delivery and excellent delivery personnel

Super helpful in store customer service as well as over the phone. Due to ongoing renovation works & delays with tradesmen, Keens were able to hold my order for me for a number of weeks until I was ready for delivery. When I was ready, they were able to arrange delivery quickly at a time that suited me. I got a stunning 3 seater & 2 seater at a steal from the outlet store. Great experience!

Items arrived quickly - more quickly than expected- and well packaged. Price point was excellent

Very helpful staff, you spent time listening to me describing the furniture that I needed for my house. They knew what they had in store and directed me to a high quality leather sofa which I feel in love with. They gave me all of the measurements to take home with me to ensure it would fit. A perfect fit. The deal was done.A couple of days later it was delivered by two very respectful, kind gentleman. They took time and care to prevent any damage to the sofa while it was being manoeuvred through my patio doors. It now sits pride if place in my living room, a cosy, classy asset to my home. An excellent serve indeed.

¹The whole Keens experience is 100% enjoyable and professional. From the shop floor to my floor (oh my goodness, if you use this in your advertising I want a cut!).
Lovely lovely people altogether. And as yer mummy always says "you only get what you pay for" Can't wait to buy again (which will defo happen because Keens were gracious enough to give us credit after we bought a sofa that was FAR to big in the room).

Great prices in the outlet store, advertised on Facebook, great quality furniture, extremely helpful service, will be back 👍

Easy only order and purchase process.
Delivery scheduled in a timely manner.
Great quality of product.

Experienced staff. Beautiful showroom. Spoilt for choice
