I've ordered my last three bats from them. I also got their break in service done to each one. Not sure what their technique is but I'm happy with it. Shipping was always delivered quickly

i ordered a bat that was supposed to be 25,5 oz when it arrived it is 28,5 oz i have written you a email to try and sort this out but i can't or haven't recieved any reply

I like to call Kelly’s and talk to someone about a new bat. The last two purchases have been fantastic. I won’t buy a bat anywhere else.

things I ordered got canceled due to a bad inventory system and weren't actually on stock or that's what was explained to me when i called ... and while I thought you guys had it and was good then the other places I could have gotten it from ran out the money was refunded but it was the product I wanted ... the other items you actually did have in stock are now 4 days late on when you said they would be here ... your to big of an operation to operate like this ... this is a failure in all levels

You didn’t have the product I ordered and you cancelled the order a full week later so I couldn’t find the product elsewhere by the time I knew you weren’t able to fulfill my order.

I purchased a senior softball bat only to find out 1day after purchasing it was out of stock.

You advertised a bat for sale. I purchased the bat for the advertised price, you debited my credit card and a week later you credited my account back for the purchased amount. No explanation for the cancelation.

I placed this order on November 29, and have not had one update about when it will be delivered or a tracking number. Where is my order?
