Prompt delivery, Miele replacement oven tray

I purchased a set of three pasta attachments for my daughter’s Kenwood kMix as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, when the box was opened, one of the attachments was clearly broken and appears to have missing parts straight out of the packaging.
I contacted customer services immediately. At first, they seemed helpful and asked me to send photographs of the damaged item, which I did promptly. Since then, I have heard absolutely nothing.
Despite sending several follow-up messages, I have received no response at all and no guidance on what to do next. Being ignored after raising a genuine issue is incredibly frustrating, especially when the item was bought as a gift.
Both my daughter and I are extremely disappointed — not just with the faulty product, but with the complete lack of communication and customer care afterwards. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.

I bought a brand new vacuum from Kenco Spares. It arrived cracked. Despite the crack I'm keeping the vacuum. However it should have arrived in perfect condition. Disappointing.

I would not recommend Kenco Spares and I will not be ordering anything from them in the future.

I found the correct item from the web page. Decent delivery time. Arrived undamaged. Fitted immediately now that I had the correct screw- head device. As you will be able to discern I’m not your average handy-woman but I’m learning🤣. All good and combo oven working fine 👍

I do not understand why the item which was dispatched using Royal Mail on 2nd January was sent via Manchester to be delivered on the 8th?
