“Unlimited” Premium Storage That Isn’t Unlimited – 20 Days Without Upload Access
I purchased a 90-day Premium plan that clearly advertised unlimited personal storage. After upgrading, I began uploading my files via FTP as intended.
Shortly afterward, I noticed that my storage status changed from “Unlimited” to 3000 GB, and then to 2000 GB. Eventually, I reached an unexpected 2000 GB cap, and although FTP transfers continued to show as “successful,” no new files were actually being added to my account.
I contacted support immediately. Instead of resolving the issue, they provided vague explanations about a “Fair Usage Policy,” “automated monitoring rules,” and “internal safeguards.” They also claimed that some files were flagged for copyright violations — despite the fact that I had not shared or published a single link. When I asked for clarification about what upload limits are considered acceptable, they refused to provide any specific thresholds, stating that such information is not publicly disclosed.
In other words, they sell “unlimited storage” but enforce undisclosed limits that can block your account at any time.
They assured me the restriction was temporary and would be lifted automatically. However, it has now been 20 days since my last successful upload, and I am still unable to upload a single file. The only response I receive is that the limitation remains in effect and I should “wait.”
This is not what anyone would reasonably expect from a paid Premium service. If there are hidden limits, cooldown periods, or internal quotas, they should be clearly disclosed before payment — not enforced afterward without transparency.
In my experience, this service creates the appearance of offering unlimited storage, but in practice, it operates under undisclosed restrictions that can render your paid account unusable.
Ultimately, as might be expected from a project operating in this manner, they deleted my account along with all of my files without any prior warning.
I cannot recommend this platform to anyone who values reliability, transparency, and honest service terms.
