Kenro 4-in-1 Film, Slide and Photo Scanner
The scanner arrived on time and was well packaged and had a printed manual as well as a CD with instructions. What I like particularly is that this scanner stores the images on an SD card and so is not dependent on a computer program which can become outdated all too soon.
I have only used it so far for scanning 35mm slides, and I am pleased with the results. The only criticism I have is that the viewing screen is a bit small to see clearly the results of editing but I used PC software and a 22 inch screen to achieve the results I wanted.
I had not heard of Kenro until I searched online for a scanner, but my experience was good and I would certainly look at their products again.

First photo I tried to scan fell out of…
First photo I tried to scan fell out of the holder and I can’t get it out but the scanner still works okay. Just annoying that I cannot retrieve the photo out of the box.

Hi Angela - so sorry to hear this! Did you get in touch with Kenro support about the issue? If not, please could you get in touch on info@kenro.co.uk with a bit more information. The scanner accepts photos 6x4" and 7x5", and the spacers on the photo holder can be adjusted for each photo size. Please do let us know which photo size you're trying to scan and whether you adjusted the holders as per the instructions before scanning. It would be really helpful to see a picture of the size of photo you're trying to scan inside the holder. Then we'll be able to pass it to our technician and get some answers - he might also have a suggestion for how to get the photo out. We look forward to resolving the issue for you. First time purchase from the Kenro…
First time purchase from the Kenro website. And thought I had to take this opportunity to congratulate everyone involved at Kenro. I just purchased from their "B" stock a Nissin i60a flash and Air 10s transmitter kit. Firstly the products are like new and arrived in the original box with all accessories and manuals.They were well packaged and delivered on time and as described. Apart from the substantial saving purchasing from the company's"B" stock items,I must applaud the company's work ethic. From my initial online purchase to delivery Kenro kept me informed during every stage of the process even the tracking process via the Shop app. A wonderful experience from start to finish.Would have no hesitation in recommending this company in the future. Have a look on their website I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Good quality product.Exactly as described and delivered on time.Only thing I would say is that I agree with another review that you couldn't put 36 photos in as the album would not close.I put 18 photos in using only 1 side of each sleeve and it closes ok.
