Dont order from this company . They don't provide basics of service . Please trust me . I don't leave reviews but for my experience I had I felt like I have to .

I don't normally do reviews, but was very disappointed with my purchase. It was nothing like the photo. Supposed to be a plaid maxi dress. Actually very cheap inferior quality copy of the original from China. Plaid design printed on white polyester. White on inside. See through. Fake chest pockets. Same item I discovered available on Temu and Shein for about £12. Moral of the story do more research before purchasing anything on line. I should have checked Trustpilot first.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would.
I ordered a lovely looking green coat but what I received was an extremely poor copy! If I’d known it was coming from China I never would have ordered it in the first place!
I asked for a full refund and return. I was told I could send it back to China footing the bill myself or accept a 30% partial refund.
I refused both these options and exercised my rights under the CONSUMER RIGHT ACT 2015.
This entitles you to a full refund and the return costs are the responsibility of the seller. The goods sold were misrepresented.
I proceeded with a CHARGEBACK with my credit card provider.
I received a FULL REFUND. I’m still waiting to hear back with details on how to return the coat.
I’ll give it a couple more months and then I’ll take it to a local homeless charity.
My advice would be don’t order from the company but if you do and like me receive inferior quality items do as I did and get a full refund!

I bought 3 items:
Valeria | Casual Contrast Retro Plaid Sweater at £27.96, Marlow | Timeless Velvet Maxi Dress at £31.96 and Jovie | Classic Tailored Everyday Blazer at £31.96. They were all poorly packaged and just squashed into separate bags. The blazer and so-called sweater were of the most appalling quality - cheap fabric, badly constructed and not worth more than about £5 each. The maxi dress was OK and fitted well but really not worth the money.
I asked to return for a full refund and like other customers, got a load of waffle about returning it to China and paying for the tracking. I was offered a 20% refund which is an insult. So decided to pursue returning it to China.
This would have worked out at around £17 so I decided to do this. I was then offered a 30% discount and went with this. Kensley kept to their word and I did get the refund.
I will take the 'sweater' and blazer to the charity shop because I think they are unwearable. In summary, the quality of the clothing is extremely poor and a high street store could never get away with trying to sell these products. There is little comparison between the photos and the actual clothing. I would strongly advise against buying their products.

Took along time to come, quality was rubbish just a cheap imitation of clearly enhanced photographs on website, then was asked for my reason for return before being given an address to send back to, with no paper work from the original packaging !!

I have been emailing KENSLEY London re an order of a jumper that I received early Dec ! The issue being the item I received looked nothing like the item I ordered . I requested the item I originally ordered or to return it. To return the item,I would have to pack and pay the item and return it to China myself! Probably more than the item is worth as Shein sells the item For £14' plus now and I paid £34 plus

Ordered Jacket and trainers. Both items were labelled correct size yet seemed skimpy and trainers too tight to fit. Arrived with no Invoice or any paperwork incase of return. This causes too much hassle for anyone and I'm 79. Discovered return items to be sent to China by post paid for by myself to hopefully receive a full refund. How scared am I to do this with no invoice, no proper Chinese address etc. Seems a big scam.

I stand to lose nearly £100. The company offered me £30 to keep the goods with no refund which i refused. I'm following it up with trading standards.

Received my coat and it was lovely. It did take around 10 days for it to arrive but the customer support was very helpful.

I bought a dress and it was perfect! It did take 2 weeks to arrive...

I don’t usually write reviews but the product I ordered was absolutely nothing like the picture, shocking quality, took ages to arrive and there’s no option to leave a review on your purchase so all the ones on their site must be fake! Do Not Buy! Returns are funded by the customer and have to be sent to China! They shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on places like Facebook where I found them
