Was sent the wrong equipment and the 1st customer service representative I called said because I had opened it nothing could be done. I tried to explain to her that the fault was from kentexpress as what I ordered was not what was sent but she was very dismissive and refused to help rectify the situation

This company website and ordering system was hacked. I was then charged for orders that I had placed but were never dispatched and which I did not receive.
I think the company should have checked each invoice before being sent to make sure the items were actually dispatched.
