We supply quality plumbing, heating and bathroom products at competitive prices to both the trade and retail customers. We design and supply full bathroom suites using the innovative software Virtual Worlds alongside our large bathroom showroom, and supply boiler and cylinder spares using our industry leading parts finding service. Our association with Kent Electrical Supplies means we can offer products and a high level service to all of our clients in the bathroom heating and electrical fields. Thanks to the driver

The driver delivering my purchase had to wheel the goods up the lane I live in as the lorry he was driving was far too large for the road. He could so easly have taken the good back but made the effort to get them to me.

I enjoyed choosing a bathroom at KPS

I enjoyed choosing a bathroom at KPS. When I visited I was given all the time I needed and Billy listened carefully to what I thought I needed and made helpful suggestions in a not-pushy way. Old-fashioned service with a smile [and that's something you don't find every day.]

Our builder is very careful to use quality parts and not to waste his customers' money. He recommended KPS to me.

Great product, great team

The service of the order was great and they helped me through the process over the phone. Even when I had a problem with my delivery, due to not being notified that it was coming they rearranged it for me with no problem at all. I would highly recommend them as a supplier.

Great communication prior to delivery

Great communication prior to delivery, delivery driver called just before delivery and was very friendly and helpful even carrying the radiator all the way to front door on his own. No damage to radiator that was delivered either.
