Avoid avoid avoid do not use them but you probably won’t as no one is answering phones and I have been to the office no one there and the neighbouring businesses have not seen them all week, they have taken money from my 90yr old parents a utter disgrace that myself and family will not tolerate !!!!!!!!!

Do not use under any circumstances.All a load of con artists
.They take your money and run,they will be exposed in the newspapers and television.The police have become invovled along side trading standards for fraud, taking money from clients with no intentions of carrying on work that has been paid for in good faith.

Absolutely shocking company. 12 months and still waiting for them to put things right. After 5 months they eventually replaced a sunken manhole and refused some loose edging stones. The whole area looks like sand when the tide has gone out. Have greenery growing through in all areas and vast colour change in manhole cover to rest of resin. Have areas where it’s lifted and tool marks which are very noticeable. It’s also spongy in places. We have a carport which they damaged the brickwork pillar and also on the bungalow wall. Should’ve returned 15/04 but because of predicted bad weather cancelled. Nothing since. This company are atrocious and make cowboys look good. DO NOT USE. They are very expensive for bad workmanship

We had the driveway completed in feb 2025 and it was 84 square meters the team Richard, Grant & Bill work endlessly to produce an outstanding transformation.

The wife said if we can have the same team back we would have the rear yard done as well. 92 square meters

The drive was done in grey and the rear in sienna.

In November 2024 Kerb Appeal Solutions laid a resin bonded drive and block edge at my parent's home.

The shade of the resin bonding material varies from area to area / mixing batches. Gaps have appeared between the blocks and the bonded resin.

Work started Friday 15 November. This was completed on a second visit Friday 22 November at around 4pm when it had started to get dark. It rained heavily the next day so my Dad did not inspect the work. The following day, Sunday 17 November, he inspected the work. That same day two Kerb Appeal staff returned and collected some of the materials left behind.

My Dad raised the issue of the quality of the work with them. He was told "we'll report it to the boss, I've not seen this happen before". Photographs were taken.

On 16 December another member of staff visited. He said to my Dad "the work might have to be taken up and re-laid" but that nothing could be done until after 5 January.

At the start of April Kerb Appeal returned and took up about 10% of the resin bonded material.

My dad has not been told what will happen next or when.

As usual his calls to the company are being ignored or promises to call him back aren't.

Remidial work was carried out last week, five months after the work was originally carried out.

Great service . Good bunch lads. Couldn't fault the workmanship. Would highly recommend this firm if wanting resin.

Kerb Appeal completed a 36m square section of resin driveway to replace some very tattered tarmac that was there. They managed to pull the job in earlier than expected and despite an accident with a delivery spoiling the original install date they managed to organise a redelivery and finished the job on another day the same week. The team were informative and did a great job of transforming the driveway and small parking area from an eyesore to something that looks very smart.

Nick and the lads were very polite, helpful and explained clearly how they were going to do the job.
They worked hard to produce a great finish on our drive.
