Router dropped configuration after a…
Router dropped configuration after a power spike and left us without comms.
Was able to speak to a Kern Tech direct and they diagnosed problem and had us back up and running in no time. Great team and great service.

Highly recommended
They were the only internet provider in Adelaide that could give us Wifi at our home address. Which is absolutely ridiculous when we live in the inner suburbs of a capital. All other providers gave us one excuse or another but Kern just got on with it.
Good setup. Great service. I’ve never known a business personally call me before to advise about an upcoming service outage later that day.
Would highly recommend and wish I’d gone there first rather than waste my time with the larger companies. It would have saved a lot of hassle

Even though Kern were ultimately unable to help connect me to their Wireless NBN network, I found them extremely helpful and they always promptly attended my queries and the service technician turned up when booked.
