I ordered on 30th January and still haven't received my order! I have messaged multiple times to get an update but no response! I have even tried calling the numbers and one is an American company that has nothing to do with bake shack and the other one is switched off!! Really annoyed tbh. Avoid this company now !

Avoid at all costs; no reply to emails, no follow up on your order. Absolutely nothing. Your best chances are blocking the payment with your bank as these unscrupulous thieves will not even respond to your enquiries about your order. I wonder why they are still operating a business that brings in so much justified hate for them due to their heinous customer service.

Order never arrived. Excuse after excuse and no refund. £40 down and now blocked by company on email and social media for politely requesting refund!

I did not see all the negative reviews, I placed an order on etsy and my order arrived really quickly all items well packaged and very nice quality. I was surprised so many people seem to have had a less than ideal experience. That was not so in my case and I will order again.

Mouldy food and takes double the time to deliver orders!!! Absolute scammers

This company have the most appealing customer service and like to keep your money for unreceieved orders until you threaten them with legal action! Avoid at all costs!

I have never written a bad review ever before but feel that i need to about this company as i have never received such appalling customer service & horrendous tasting bread rolls. I purchased £65 worth of bread rolls but got 60% off using the discount code ready to freeze them when they were delivered. Unfortunately when they arrived they looked nothing like the photos on their website they had risen too high & all were funny shapes so would have been awkward to put a filling in them. They arrived in a huge plastic zipper bag to which was filled with condensation so all 40 rolls were soggy at the bottom so i had to let them dry out before i could try one & freeze them. I eventually got to try one but as you started to chew it the consistency was like eating a marsh mellow / foam texture which made it very hard to swallow, then came the after taste this was like a chemical taste !! I have never tasted any thing like this before this made it impossible to eat & had to take it out of my mouth & throw it. I have got a very good palette & eat nearly everything so knew it wasn't me but tried them with my friends & family to check & they too could not eat them. I contacted customer services & explained I had received a bad batch & could they replace or refund. After many emails they finally contacted me asking for me to return some rolls for testing to which I did return some & they received them back but after nearly 2 months of them giving me excuses & delays they are now not returning any emails at all. I would not like any one else to waste their money on these rolls from ketobakeshack as I have had to throw all of mine in the bin.. I have since ordered from another online low carb company & their rolls are nice & edible. I have given them a 1 star rating as that is the lowest I can give to leave this review but in fact it would be a zero.

I have dealt with this company last year and though my experience at that time was not good I think the change is name has done them good! Reordered last week and arrived quickly. The keto bread especially spiced fruit one is delicious and the wraps are amazing! Really happy with my purchase!

Rarely leave reviews online but was so disappointed with my order, feel like I have a duty to stop others from wasting their money.
So I placed a huge order because they had a massive 55% discount code on offer (if it sounds too good to be true it probably is).
I ordered around 10 different products and they all looked great in the pictures.
What turned up looked nothing remotely close to what was advertised on the website. The lovely white naan breads from the pictures turned out to be dark brown, grainy and slimy. They were inedible and had to be thrown in the bin. I'm not particularly fussy. If I don't really like something I can usually still eat it (keto has taught me that there's not a lot of room to be fussy lol) but these were vile and left a slimy residue in your mouth.
The muffins looked good initially but had zero flavour and were very dry. The raspberry ones were supposed to be filled with a fruity compote centre. It instead had very tart pieces of raspberry distributed throughout the batter which made it wet and sloppy so it just fell to pieces when the case was removed. Out of the 8 muffins received, 6 went into the bin.
There were two items in the delivery which I would describe as acceptable/edible.
The bagels were edible but did not resemble bagels - they were buns with no holes. The biscuits were dry and very poorly constructed. Again nothing like the pictures and could barely get my teeth through them.
I could go on about the other products but I won't bore you.
I honestly just question how anyone can send out products in that state - essentially misselling by using what I can only assume are fake photos.
I would imagine they have no return customers and rely on custom from first time buyers because no one in their right mind would be going back for seconds.
You live and learn I guess!
After I placed the order, I received a lot of warning messages from other keto people on Instagram warning me of their bad experiences so I should have taken note!

Same company as the Low Carb and Keto Bakery, just a new name, so going to post my original review again, to warn people!!

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!
Absolutely APPALING service. This is ONE BIG SCAM. Would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered cake for my birthday (7 May) on 23 April. Received email on 24 April this would take 7 working days. On 5 May I emailed to ask if it was still going to be in time for my birthday, which they replied to and promised it would. 10 May I complained and asked for a refund. This was denied and I was told that the orders take up a month, even though I was emailed on 24 April that it would take 7 days and then on the 5 May promised that it would arrive 7 May. I complained again on the 16th of May, still refusing to admit they are at fault and give me my money back. Again complained on the 18 May. On 18 of May I received a phone call in the evening explaining that whoever emailed me about the delivery promise they would arrive for 7 May was wrong and they can't refund as it's hard to get supplies during this Covid situation. They promised my cake would be there within a week and would include some freebies as an apology. After 8 days I emailed again demanding a refund as I clearly didn't get anything. I received an email back saying that 2 days later my order was scheduled for delivery. Today it arrived. NO FREEBIES! Every single promise they made, they broke. I emailed them with an email explaining there are no freebies as promised as an apology and how angry I am, to which they replied: I did speak to whoever spoke to you on the phone and the said it was conveyed to the kitchen, but the kitchen is overrun and they forgot. We will make sure to rectify this next time. THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT TIME! Don't they understand? Not even emailing back saying we are so sorry we will put some in the post now to rectify all this. So I placed my order on 23 April, told it would be there in 7 working days, and received my cake on 29 May. POOR. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!

If I could rate my experience as no stars (or even minus stars) then I would. This company has been re-branded as Keto Bakeshack but was originally The Low Carb and Keto Bakery. I placed an order last June for just under £100 which was never fulfilled. My order was actually cancelled by this company but I was told I could not have a refund and I would receive a voucher instead to spend in November. Obviously this never happened and in the end I had to make a claim through my Bank to get a refund. Terrible customer service, steal your hard earned money, disgusting company. Please avoid at all costs.

If I could give them minus 10 I would. This company used to be called Low Carb Keto Bakery - please check out those reviews here before you part with your hard earned money - or prepare to be ripped off! Its a real eye opener!!
Also its a good idea to be mindful whenever a company keeps changing its trading name. Anyway, made one order from them in 2020 about March I think and it took them months to send the goods.. Foolishly made another order around June 2020... about £65 of goods I ordered and waited.. and waited ... and waited. Each time I asked when it would arrive, I was given promises that they never honoured. Eventually around October (yes FOUR months later) I got an email from their director Saad Hakim who apologised and said they would send me a voucher.. well that never materialised. Then the company name changed to the current name Keto Bakeshack and I guess they decided that they don't need to provide anything to the customers they screwed over. They took our money and ran! I contacted them again and they pretended that they didnt know anything about the former company and I was asked to provide proof of purchase, which I did and they ignored that too. That ws about about 4 weeks ago. THey are scammers and they better hope I never find out where they are running their little scammy operation because I will pop in and not leave until I receive recompense - I hope you noticed that there is no way to contact them by phone anymore!! They owe me £65 approx.
Order from them at your peril. Completely unscrupulous group of cretins. Best thing to do is to close the whole scam down so that they dont rip off anymore unsuspecting customers innocently trying to eat more healthily.

AVOID! This is Lowcarbandketo bakery under different name. Just check the reviews before ordering anything. The nutrinal values are fake the same as photos on the top of others issues with them. Just ask them for a true lab test on the carb and sugar level and you will see that nothing has been tested. Not sure why people still believe their lies!

Order arrived within a week and was very well packaged. Items were fresh and cold. The cheese and jalapeño bread is amazing with a lovely kick to it. The fruit bread is perfect when toasted with butter. I’m a big fan of the swirls and scones and I have to make sure i don’t eat them all. Will definitely order again.

I’ve ordered a few times from Keto Bakeshack, tempted by the discount codes (usually 30-55%) off and the pictures. The concepts of what they offer seem amazing, and things such as their celebration cakes look delicious. However, the experience is nowhere near what you’d expect. I’ve had 3 cakes now, each different flavour and a birthday cake hoping to be proven wrong. Each cake has been drier, blander than the previous one. One cake arrived so smashed up, I wrote to them to complain, suggested they use bubble wrap, and was promised freebies with my next order. I was sent one freebie (slice of almond cake) that was half stale, I threw it away after one bite. The naan breads are tiny, the look nothing like the pictures. And some other products like the loaf of bread is actually spot on for texture, but tastes like wallpaper. My husband ordered my birthday cake from here, and fondant icing seemed like fresh cream. There was supposed to be jam inside but barely any, and I had half a slice, but ended up throwing it away because it was so dry. Don’t sign up, don’t give your contact info - you’ll be hounded and harrassed with nothing but texts and emails through an aggressive marketing campaign, offering discount code, after discount code. I fell for it each time, and more disappointed after wasting money with them. Plenty of other, much better keto bakeries out there if you don’t want to cook all the time - do your research!

I have just received my first order, which was the cheese,onion and jalapeño bread and the tiffin.
I absolutely love it. The bread has a real kick to it and the tiffin is utterly amazing. The pieces are quite big!
I messaged Ketobakeshack, asking if I could freeze my food,they got back to me instantly, saying yes,you can. So I have pre sliced my bread,cut my tiffin pieces into two,and frozen it all. That way I won't gorge myself on it all too quickly!
Very happy with this company and I will definitely be ordering again! ☺

Absolutely shocking. I wish I had read the reviews first.
Fist order arrived 2 days later than expected. The jalapeño bread was poor. Muffins overcooked and taste was non existent. Have to admit the rocky road brownie was good. I complained and was told this was a one off situation and would be compensated in my next order.
Foolishly I have made another order, was promised that delivery would be made on Thursday. When I enquired the whereabouts I was given an excuse that the lady was still waiting for a sink she ordered the previous week?? And would be here Saturday. I’m still waiting. Considering this is water bank holiday I don’t now expect delivery until Tuesday at the earliest.
Now, considering the cooking keto there’s shouldn’t be additives/ preservatives etc. My order would of been made a day before the expected dispatch so going by the earliest delivery that would make my items already a week old and fit for nothing but the bin.
I have contacted them again and requested a full refund. Yet to hear back.

Avoid!

I find it amazing that they have disabled comments and won’t allow messages on their Instagram. The fact I can’t contact them directly has annoyed me and prompted this unfortunate review. I would have kept the bad comments to myself otherwise.
I ordered the chilli cheese bread, cream eggs and naan breads.
Firstly, the cheese and jalapeño bread is brilliant. Can’t fault it and would recommend.
BUT.
The naan breads look NOTHING LIKE the pics. They are 85/% ground almonds, dark brown and tiny. They look completely different to the picture and taste grainy and dull.
The creme eggs are messy and unappealing.

Would have ordered again but having since learned this is a company that used to trade under the Keto low carb bakery and have a terrible reputation- I am saddened to see they haven’t improved.
Not allowing people to comment on your Instagram posts is great for business but terrible for customer retention.
Would suggest you avoid.

I was apprehensive about ordering from this company after also having read previous reviews, but I can honestly say that everything was great. I stupidly forgot to add my email address to the order and so queried why I hadn’t had a confirmation. My query was dealt with straight away (it was my own fault) the items all arrived on time and they are absolutely gorgeous. I’d definitely use again.
