Placed an order on March 16th. Still not received. No reply to my emails. Now email account inactive.
14/04.Today have received a full apology and refund.

I paid for 2,3 days delivery and it took over 2 weeks to receive it, plus communication is very poor

I love buying from the Keto Friendly Shop. They always have what I'm looking for. Even when there's a problem with your order, they go above and beyond to do everything they can to make it right!! I'll definitely keep ordering from them! 😀

Really Disappointed

I placed an order and was advised that delivery would be 2-3 days. After not hearing anything for nearly 2 weeks, I contacted them to query where my order was. I received an apology and was advised that it would be sorted the following day.
A week later after still not receiving my order, I emailed again and got another apology and promise that it would be dealt with asap. After yet another week of nothing being delivered, I messaged them again asking for a refund - nothing!
I then followed up with another email asking them to confirm when my refund would be processed- and I still haven’t heard anything.
Really poor service and communication- do not buy from this seller!!

UPDATE: James called, explained some reasons why my order went awry, dispatched a new package to me and gave me a partial refund, so revised from 1 star to 4. ORIGINAL POST: Used this company in the past and it was fine. However, placed another on the 30th of July, they contacted me a few days later and said there was problems with some items, and asked if I would accept some substitutions, which I said was fine. Order has never arrived, order status is pending shipping, and has been for weeks. I have contacted them to politely enquire when I might get my order, but nothing yet. Sadly, I would not recommend using this company, which is disappointing as the products are good.

Food is always lovely especially the yonas cakes and bread. I have always had great customer service and any questions have been answered and so helpful. Great low carb food shop

Awful pizza linea 6. I had to bin the whole thing. Sticky dough. I’m Italian and how can you add 350 ml of water to 500 grams of flour? It’s too much! Absolute rubbish.

I'd like to say Thank you very much for your efficient service. Order placed 17/07/24 at about 1:30pm, I immediately received my order confirmation. Less than an hour later I received confirmation (with tracking) that my order was on it's way. Order delivered 18/07/24 just after 9am this morning I take magnesium every night and had recently run out, I am grateful for your excellent service.

Absolutely stellar customer service. There was an issue and the response was immediate, very friendly and beyond all expectations. A good range of new products to try, too.

I ordered Lemon and Blueberry protein bars and they were as described. But it took two weeks for them to arrive and I had to ring and chase up my order. When they were delivered the packaging was pretty basic and had obviously already been used for something else. The service wasn't that good and I would seriously think about it before using them again.

I spotted the web site and as I have started a Keto diet I thought I would have a browse and maybe buy something. Then I looked at the ingredient lists!!! Sorry, but the Keto diet relies on WHOLE HEALTHY food consumption. This is ultra processed crap. I am trying to get away from that hence the reason for going Keto. Sorry but I won't be buying any of your overpriced ultraprocessed products

I had used ketofriendly shop before and they were pretty fine. I had a new purchase for a total of £81.82 on the 16th of May and this time it turned out to be a really unpleasant experience. I received the delivery in 24 hrs which was great. However, some of the items arrived damaged and some packs were open. I didn't mind since it was only the package. However, 4 items from the box were out of date and I hated the wraps which I bought two packs of. Since day 1, I'm trying to ask for a return and/or refund. A guy contacted me against my email by texting to my mobile saying he would call me to ask some questions. I wasn't happy with the method but waited for it, no call received. When I reminded myself with an email with some other issues with my pack, some promises to refund me and questions followed up and they didn't recognise me, told again they'd call me. I really don't get this eager to call when as a customer I complained in an email. It is a refund or no refund. As you can get, nothing has happened so far and I'm not expecting anymore. This used to be a nice and good business and here we're. Sorry.

Great selection on site and fair prices with quick delivery.
We had a small issue with our order and James got in touch personally to explain what had happened and offer solutions.
He went above and beyond to resolve an issue that was outwith the companies control, excellent customer service!

They had a wide choice of Keto friendly products to select from.
As I’ve just started the diet I thought I would try a few different things
The order arrived 2 days later and the products I ordered are a great way of introducing variety to my menu selections. I’ll be back for more ideas soon

I waited nearly 3 weeks for a delivery due to a mishap with their baker's logistics. It took over a week to get any communication about my order being delayed and that was only after I made contact directly myself to question why my order was not marked as shipped.

Why they couldn't ship the rest of my items in the meantime is beyond me, instead they delayed my entire order until they received new stock, assuming this was to save them costs on delivery in making seperate shipments.

I asked why I had to bare the cost and wait, why no discount was offered or refund of delivery costs (which should be free anyway over a certain value, my basket was over £70!!).

I was told I would receive a discount code and some additional free products for the inconvenience and asked awkwardly not for this experience to put me off using them again.

When I finally received my order, I received no discount codes or any free products at all!?

I was then given an updated date in which I would receive my order on. I had to call again after still having not received my order days after the updated date.

To really take the cake, due to the delay to my order, another product from my order was now out of stock.

Given the sensitivity of some of these products to some people for their diets or way of eating, there could have been far better ways to deal with their customers and to approach this situation.

I appreciate issues can happen when it comes to logistics, but the way this has been managed from start to finish has been a total disaster.

I cannot recommend using a company for expensive speciality diet products when there is very little care or consideration to ensure the customer is not the one who suffers the burden of internal or logistical issues, whilst also failing to deliver on multiple follow ups and promises.

Great shop! Amazing people, very down to earth and understanding. Hard to find items with very good ingredients. Highly recommended!!!
