Best charging system anywhere!
This is one of the most outstanding companies I have worked with. Each phone in my household and most all devices have some sort of Keutek charge pin inside, including headphone charger cases, etc. I have three cords, Living Room, Bedroom and work and one for the car. This would be standard for any type of charger cord. All devices charge quickly and accurately. The customer service is top notch. They respond to all inquiries mostly by end of day, or at least first of the next day. I only have android devices, no I have no iPhone reference, however, even with the very minor problems I have had, Keutek has been quick to respond and solve the problem. This includes a weird problem with Samsung phones and some chargers. Also, how to get around an Otterbox Case charger flap. Keutek rocks and will always get my business.

Excellent! Best Magnetic Charger Cord On The Market!
First off, I wanted to wait a year before giving a solid review.
I had been using the general offerings for magnetic chargers on Amazon. What I had found is that these cords did not last more than a few months and lacked the capabilities to transfer data through the cord.
When I ran across Keutek and their cords, I was very skeptical of paying the higher cost for them. But I was desperately looking for a better option.
Well, I couldn't be happier! The cords themselves are very much noticeably heavier and feel much more durable. I use a magnetic cord for my business travels as I am in and out of my truck a lot and grab my phone when I exit. My phone now charges well with My navigation running and any streaming services I am utilizing. Before, my second rate cords on Amazon wouldn't allow the phone to charge fast enough and would actually drain the battery.
The magnetic charger also works better to keep the battery cool compared to a wireless charging pad. In my hot vehicle, the Keutek cord allows the phone to charge without overheating.
I have bought multiple cords for my office, car, home, and also for my power bank when flying. This allows me to quickly charge my phone and disconnect if I'm in a hurry.
Data- This is where the cord shines. Many times I do a USB tether to my laptop so that I can have internet access to access cloud files and our business network. The KEUTEK cord allows the data transfer and there is no noticeable lag in internet service through the cord! For general use it's perfect to use the same cord for everything.
Reason for 4 stars....
Two minor things come to mind but don't take away from the overall value of the cords.
1.) The magnetic connection and recess will pick up metal shards over time. I did find that all I needed to do was to break a toothpick and slide out the shards to the edge of the magnet. Then take a strong adhesive tape to grab the shards off the magnet. It takes a while (unless you are a metal worker) to build up enough to where you need to clean it, roughly 2-3 months.
2.) I believe they can do a tiny bit better on the fitment of the USB C adapter, specifically on my Galaxy S-20. Some sort of O-ring or tighter tolerances would make for more of a snug fit. What happens is if you drop you phone, onto the adapter, it can tweak it and over time it starts to fail. But, there seems to be no damage to my charging port and unlike the cheaper options out there, it still works after such a drop.
In the end, I tell people all about these cords. As long as KEUTEX continues to make these, I will continue to be a customer.

Poor customer service and unusable with the new iPhones in a case
I purchased a Keutek charger and it worked fine with my older iPhone6. When I upgraded my phone to an iPhone13 Pro it became impossible to remove the magnetic tip of the charger without removing the case of my iPhone. I wrote to them and they told me that it was in the timeframe to return the charger. However, the only way that they would accept the return is if it included the original packaging. Since I had successfully used the charger with my older phone, I no longer had the packaging. I wrote back to them about this but never got a reply.
Their charger is unusable with the new iPhones unless you purchase multiple chargers and cables from them.
Update: While I appreciate that call from the founder of Keutek, this does not change my review. In fact, he told me that Keutek chargers are meant to be left in the phone. This, of course, would necessitate buying more than one of their cables. If this had been listed anywhere on the website, I would not have purchased a Keutek.
So, if you purchase a Keutek, be prepared to purchase more than one of their chargers unless you can really get by with only one.

A support ticket was raised by the customer on 10/26/2021 at 7:39pm EST which stated:
I received your magnetic charging cable and had no significant problems with it on my older iPhone 6 which was in a thin case. I also had no serious problems with it when I purchased my new iPhone 13 last week. However, when I put a very slim case on my iPhone 13 yesterday, I am no longer able to disconnect the charger without removing the case. It is impossible to easily remove the cable from the phone This makes the cable totally unusable. I no longer have the original packaging but have all the components that came with the cable. I would like a refund because this cable is unusable. Please advise.

Our support team then responded the next day, 10/27/2021 at 2:13pm EST stating the following:
Thank you for reaching out! Just to clarify, are you saying the tip stays in the charging port when disconnecting the cable from your device? If so, that is what the cable and tip are designed to do. Leaving the tip in your device (even when not charging) will protect your charging port from dust accumulation and wear from continuous push/pull of traditional cables. Also, by leaving a tip connected to each device you can easily charge all of your devices with a single cable!

On the same day 10/27/2021 at 2:30pm EST a new ticket was sent to our support team which stated:
I would like a refund but I don’t have the original packaging. I do have the cord and all of the parts sent with it. Please advise if you will still take a return on this. I initially loved this charger for my older iPhone, but with my new iPhone 13 that I purchased last week, I can't remove the tip without removing the case. I received an earlier email today from your company telling me that I can leave the tip in – but that would require me purchasing multiple charging cords from you and that is not an acceptable solution.

Today we contacted the customer by phone to further assist in clarifying and resolving this issue.
During our call we first clarified she could in fact return her product "with or without packaging" as noted on our website. As long as the product was returned within 45-days of her delivery date. The customer then explained she had thrown the product away and if she found it, she would send it back.
We then addressed her concern regarding our cables working with her older iPhone 6 but the iPhone 13 Pro made it impossible to remove the tip without removing the case. This was confirmed to be more of an issue with the particular case design she had chosen than the cable itself. We noted our cables work with most every popular case manufacturer including Sena, Apple, OtterBox, LifeProof and many more. This is also detailed on our website at:

We spoke a total of 12 minutes before the call ended abruptly after the customer became unexpectedly upset and stated she did not have time to deal with this and hung up. This is unfortunate as we simply wanted to assist the customer in addressing her concerns.
As noted above, we take every review seriously and never want a customer feeling they have spent their hard earned money on a product that does not fully meet their needs. Although our magnetic charging cables protect and prolong the charging port through a simple breakaway connection, it's our conclusion this customer is ultimately not best suited for this type of cable.
We do appreciate the consumer allowing us to address their concerns and now consider this matter concluded.

With respect to Keutek products and their suitability for use with the later Apple I pad pro products; They are not suitable. They simply do not function. I purchased four cord-charger sets and will be returning them for a full refund including shipping.
Many reports are that Keuteck has long been aware of their false suitability claims, but has continued to market and ship these products.

We are not entirely clear why the customer would purchase twice over a 60-day period if the chargers did not work for his/her device. Regardless, this customer did not contact us prior to submitting this review so we were unaware of any issues they were having until now. We recommend the customer removes the charging tip and blows into the charging port of their device - ideally with canned air. Our chargers and cables are adaptive. So any dust in the port could prevent a solid connection and cause the charger/cable to disengage.

I have had consistent problems with the magnetic parts
I have had consistent problems with the magnetic pieces.
1) The metal rim on the charging cord side of things or the little insert into the device (I.e. phone) are failing. The metallic rim breaks easily making the cord useless. If phone dropped it also frequently breaks the metal rim making the device magnetic side useless.
2) The fact that we are unable to order the device product inserts (I.e. for Apple or Android) to connect to the charging cord is ludicrous. What do you do with all the inserts sent that are not compatible to your device - while the ones you do need break so easily??
3) When there are no broken parts and the magnets can connect - they easily break their connection with slight movements. It’s ok if you stay perfectly still.
My take away - Stick to the old system where the cord just plugs into your phone and you don’t have to deal with all these magnetized, easily broken pieces.

Tip fits in my case!
I had a magnetic charger before. Love them. I got a new phone case and the round magnetic charge tip from a different company would not fit. Keutek's tips fit perfectly and my waterproof port door still closes! This is a hit in my house, especially with the 3 tips. We are able to charge everything off of only a few cords, although longer length cords would work for us better. Shorter cable is great for the car and we'll be ordering the longer cords now for the house. Thank you for thinking ahead about the tips!

Sorry to hear this customer is experiencing some difficulty with the magnetic charging tips. Our tips use a N-52 neodymium magnetic connector. These rare magnets have a pull force of 7lbs and breakaway of 1lb. The N-52 neodymium magnets are also the strongest grade in the N48, N50 and N52 family. At this time there is not a magnet stronger than the N-52 available to place into a charging cable.
We want to make sure the customer is happy with their purchase. Here are some guidelines on how to properly maintain the magnetic charging cable. These steps will ensure they get the most out of their charging cable. The cleaner the charging cable, the better it will perform.
1) Disconnect the cable from the wall outlet.
2) Remove debris gently with a cotton swab or a soft bristle toothbrush.
3) Be careful not to get any cotton fibers stuck in the pin receptacle and to not bend or otherwise damage any of the pins.

Keutek Chargers = 5 STARS!!
The Keutek chargers have become our household replacement for those lame Apple chargers! I got my first Keutek charger hesitant about the removable tips, and just being concerned about it possibly fraying at some point, but not only has it never frayed after some serious hard use, but the removable tips feature has never caused any issues and made life easier with all of my devices! With the kids being home for school and my wife and I working from home, it's important we found charging devices that kept everything going. Plus, these chargers are BLAZING fast!! If Keutek makes computer chargers, I'd be buying 4 of them right off the bat! Highly recommend Keutek as an alternative to cheap Amazon chargers and overly expensive and easily-breakable Apple chargers.

It worked well for awhile until the…
It worked well for awhile until the connector turned green. I never got it wet but they say I did. The power box still works fast but my cheap grocery outlet cable outlives theirs. There's nothing wrong with my s10 phone. It's not even that old.

The customer originally purchased from us on 11/29/2020 and a support ticket was received on 06/06/2021 stating the cable end was showing corrosion build up with an image attached. Our cables feature an 18K gold-plated core plug with 18K gold-plated needles to prevent corrosion. Therefore build up on the cable end cannot be corrosion, but rather carbon build up due to either moisture from the cable getting wet or the device charging port arcing.
The level of carbon shown in the images the customer provided has us more concerned about the high potential of arcing due to the phone charging port on his device malfunctioning and therefore we've recommend the customer contact the device manufacturer or retail location where this device was purchased right away to rule this out.
Although damage to the cable was not due to manufacturing defect, we have decided to make a one-time exception and process a warranty replacement of 1x black 6.5ft charging cable. The customer is free to keep or dispose of the current cable if they wish.
A new cable is on the way however; again we ask the customer contact the device manufacturer right away and explain he is seeing high levels of carbon build up on his charging cables due to potential device failure. If this is not addressed, any low level arcing from the customers device will continue to build up carbon on the cable ends and ultimately destroy the new cable we are sending as well.
We apologize for any frustration or disappointment that may have been caused by this experience and hope the customer can resolve this issue with the device manufacturer.

I am impressed. These are nothing like the compitition. Keutek actually work and have been very reliable in my experience. I use the cables in my home and office as well as in my cars. The braided cable is high quality and the LED equipped plug contains an extremely strong rare Earth magnet (as does the socket adapter.)

New "go to" vendor for cables
Keutek products have a distinct advantage over their main competitors for several reasons: (1) choice of colors so you can easily identify which device is being charged, (2) supports incredibly quick charge PLUS data transfer, (3) choice of lengths. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences dealing with their customer support organization as well - they are open and honest. They also ship promptly with a tracking number - another advantage over Chinese companies. I am in the process of converting my cable inventory from a competitor to Keutek.
