I had a brilliant experience buying my new home through Keystone. The communication throughout was excellent, I was always kept updated via WhatsApp and everything felt straightforward and stress-free.
It was genuinely the easiest house purchase I’ve experienced, and the lovely little touches made it even more special. When I collected my keys, I was given a framed picture of my new house with “Home Sweet Home” and the date I picked up the keys on it. Such a thoughtful keepsake and something I really wasn’t expecting.

This is our second sale with keystone we sold in 2017 a rental but this was our family home of 42+ years. We chose keystone even though they weren't cheap but because we Trusted them. Things are a little different now to back in 2017. I would say better and they use every tool available to highlight your property in its best light. From the initial frank and honest valuation from Sammie who settled our nerves to the amazing photos and video by Beth. The viewing specialist Debbie did a great job with prospective buyers and finally the negotiation and sale completed by Lee and Sophie. Each stage is managed by professionals. No waiting for feedback every week without fail from Sammie marketing our property to Sophie completing it we were never left in the dark.We had an amazing experience again and Sold our home in 1 week If you are thinking of selling I would recommend keystone.

We literally couldn’t have done it without them! In March 2025 we put our house on the market with another estate agent and after 8 months we had not even one offer. We felt drained and didn’t know what to do. I had been in contact with keystone through viewing houses so we made the decision to change to them and have our house go up in January 2026. Our house was one the market for all of 30 minutes before a viewing was confirmed and less than a week later we had an offer!! Jonathan and Sally could not have done more for us during this journey and we are so incredibly grateful. The most important part was never feeling like just another house to sell, they truly cared about us and understood the struggle we had just to get to the point of exchange. We really thought we would never be able to move from our tiny 2 bed with our toddler but keystone made it happen for us. From start to finish, the team provided an outstanding service that exceeded all of our expectations.
They sold our house in just 6 days, and we had an offer accepted on our new home within the same week. Even more impressively, a chain involving four properties was fully completed within just 12 weeks, which is almost unheard of in today's market.
Their professionalism, communication, and social media presence are second to none. What really sets them apart is how proactive they are. They don't just sit back and wait for things to happen—they actively push everything forward, working closely with solicitors and keeping everyone updated. Their WhatsApp group updates were invaluable and helped keep what could have been a very stressful process as smooth and worry-free as possible.
The support didn't stop once the house was sold. They were there every step of the way before, during, and after the sale, always available to answer questions and offer guidance. It's rare to find a company willing to go so far above and beyond their remit, but that's exactly what they do.

I fully recommend anyone who's looking at selling to instruct Keystone.
When I first started searching for an agent I'll openly admit I was put off by their fees being higher than the average high street agent. But having a detailed chat to Laura, telling her about my circumstances and her assuring me that they could work with me to get the best result, I went with my gut and trusted that they knew their stuff!! How right I was. One of the main reasons I had faith in them was when Laura told me that as soon as the house goes up for sale they order the searches which could be back and completed within 4-6 weeks. This is incredibly beneficial as the local council timeframes are currently 3-4 months. I don't know of any other agent who offers this service.
For my property, the pictures and video were taken on 18th March. After the initial "before public" listings it was added to rightmove on 28th March.
We had a suitable offer on 15th April and completed today, 15th May. Whilst our circumstances were easier than most, no chain and cash buyer etc, I felt supported by Laura and Jill all the way through the process. At no point did I feel the need to chase them, their WhatsApp chat with me and the online portal detailing where we were at each point in the journey told me everything I needed.
So my message to anyone searching for a decent agent is, don't dismiss the agent that charges the most, look at what they can offer that could potentially save you money, stress and time in the long run.
