Lisa and Rico are amazing at Keytracker any issues with the EFOB are sorted instantly. Called the company, call lasted about 5 minutes before Rico organised a return label with Lisa, this didn't cost us anything but cost of postage label.

Called the engineer once the fob arrived, it was programmed in less than a minute so we can put the original keys back on and don't have to touch altering the user permissions, it works as it should and the keysafe is very reliable 24/7.

Keytracker Team are often prepared with a solution to any query we have, as a London based dealership with 2 cabinets, with a busy 420 Key Slots. From Support to After Sales to Maintenance we always have had positive experiences. Chiefly Rico, Michael and Lisa combine to keep our business moving in this area.

We currently have a 720 FOB key cabinet and a maintenance contract in place, so far we have not had many issues, and when we did, a phone call to their support line talked me through the issue. I have found them to be polite and professional and nothing is to much trouble.

Easy interface and control of system. Support services are excellent when needed. Already have three key cabinets and soon will be five as well as a locker system.
Wouldn't go anywhere else as this is the best system we have come across.
