Highly recommended
I had a great experience with Khalsons Windows. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were impressive. The Khalsons Windows team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and ensured that the windows were installed perfectly. The quality of the Khalsons windows themselves is top-notch, and I've already noticed a significant improvement in energy efficiency.
What truly stood out was their commitment to customer satisfaction. There were a couple of minor issues that we noticed after the initial installation, but Khalsons Windows promptly sent their team to rectify them. Their response was swift, and they addressed our concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Overall, I highly recommend Khalsons Windows for their exceptional service, high-quality windows, and their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Great experience with Khalsons !
From the initial visit by Khalid who was very friendly, explained all the options available to us and shared his opinion + gave us good space to think discuss and decide.
Very competitive pricing and Khalid kept me updated throughout the process.
On the installation day, a team of 10 turned up and literally just got on with the job and finished everything in 48 hours.
I have never seen such a coordinated team before, very efficient, quick, and great customer service.
I would highly recommend Khalson for all your glazing/door needs !
Thanks to the entire team, Khalid, Imran, Marcello, Reece, Mark and the rest of the guys!

Khalsons Windows & Doors
Outstanding Service and Quality from Khalson Windows & Doors
I recently had the pleasure of working with Khalson Windows & Doors for the installation of windows and doors in my property, and I can't express how satisfied I am with their exceptional service.
From the very beginning, Ish, the son who represented the company, stood out with his friendly and polite demeanor. What impressed me the most was his approach – he didn't use the typical aggressive sales tactics that are so common these days. Instead, he took the time to understand my needs and provided a reasonable quote that reflected the scope of the work required. In today's world, where every penny counts, Ish's respectful and considerate approach was a breath of fresh air.
What truly set this experience apart was Ish's willingness to assist beyond the sales process. He not only provided a quote for my property in Luton, which was a priority for me, but also went the extra mile to help me with a cumbersome chair I needed to dispose of. This act of helpfulness resonated with me, and I knew I wanted to proceed with Khalson Windows & Doors.
The efficiency of their service was another standout aspect. While they initially estimated a 6-week timeframe for manufacturing and installation, I was amazed when the work was completed in just 3 weeks. This not only showcased their commitment to timeliness but also demonstrated their dedication to maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
After the installation, we identified a few minor imperfections. However, the way Khalson Windows & Doors handled this situation was truly commendable. They promptly addressed the issues within a week, sparing me the stress of chasing or haggling. This level of service was a testament to their professionalism and genuine concern for customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, my experience with Khalson Windows & Doors was nothing short of outstanding. Ish's personable and respectful approach, combined with the efficiency of their service and the dedication to resolving issues promptly, make them a top-notch choice for anyone in need of windows and doors installations. I wholeheartedly recommend Khalson Windows & Doors and am grateful for their excellent workmanship and customer-centric approach.
