Kiavi did it AGAIN!!
Once again, Kiavi has come through with flying colors on another one of our bridge loans. From pre approval to closing, the process was seamless and SO EFFICIENT! It was good until your third party…
It was good until your third party title company missed the deadline for several days, and I had to go ahead and pay vendors from my own cash without reimbursment, so much of the loan I had to pay service fees to get, I no longer need, so it has been money losing option..I would have done better with a hard money lendor with higher interest than the money I am effectively losing by choosing the "convenient", lower interest Kiavi option.

Best hard money lender out there
I'm an institutional investor and real estate broker... I've used plenty of hard money lenders in the past. All have not been that great but kiavi is the best that I've done business with and I have been impressed overall. Shout out to my account manager Kristin, she knows her stuff and really helps when I/they need it. To many more loans!
