So we ordered 3 full kids kits and 3 shirts. All personalised brilliant. Apart from 2 of them were the opposite size to the writing it should've had. Straight away they're offering replacements etc. Only problem now is they're taking forever to come.
We ordered well before world cup and its so disappointing how long these are taking.
The quality however is on point

No, it's not too good to be true. The attention to detail makes it seem indistinguishable from officially bought shirts eg current Ecuador home shirt has red flecks on the blue sleeve end (and red with blue border inside). Plus you can
OK, one of the three I ordered was out of stock (local Quito team so a little obscure) but they were great chatting on WhatsApp for a substitution and I got free patches on each sleeve (FIFA Fair Play etc.). And delivery from China takes a couple of weeks - which explains why it's not too good to be true, but well worth the wait.

Utter criminals, the website is set up to not show you the delivery costs, once you buy it is more than 50% of the actual cost!!!! and it take 2 months!!!!

As we ship from China, international freight is relatively expensive. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
The whole production and shipping process takes around 20-25 days in most cases.
We greatly appreciate your feedback to help us improve our service.

Do not use this company, told me they'd refunded then said they hadn't, then said the lady had got it wrong and they'll screen shot and now saying it'll be processed soon
Nothing but lies and I'll be taking this further
EDIT It wasn't delayed due to a holiday, at all you meant to have processed the 6th and now it's not even been done

Please stop lying, hopefully trust pilot let me upload the screenshot of your emails and contradicting yourselves

Regarding the letter “O” on the shirt, it follows the original England 1998 font design, where the letter was not cut out. This jersey was produced to faithfully recreate the historic design from that period.
