Kid-Eco strives to offer a sustainable solution to play time for children across the country, without the use of harmful plastics found in the majority of toys worldwide. For the last 15 years, we have been successfully producing a fantastic range of innovative, highly interactive, safe and affordable cardboard playhouses; designed and manufactured in the UK from biodegradable recycled corrugated cardboard. Our playhouses are great for imaginative self-decoration and role play, being tremendously popular with schools and childcare providers, as well as at home, parties and other special occasions or events. Kid-Eco playhouses are predominantly suitable for Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) activities as well as Key Stages 1 & 2 Arts and Crafts. All kid-Eco playhouses fold flat for storage between use and are both recyclable and bio-degradable. We regularly run competitions in recognition of your little ones efforts and host the Kid-Eco Gallery so that they can see their endeavours online and be inspired by what others are creating. We frequently award prizes for photos sent into the gallery and list winners on our social media pages!

express delivery arrives after 5 days?
I ordered a playhouse for express delivery 1-2 days. Item arrived too late for the party.
No explanation, no phone calls. No customer service? I think the product is great but the delivery times and customer service is shocking.

We're very sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service you have received from Kid-Eco. I can see that you placed your order on 06/06/22. Unfortunately our courier let us down on this day and failed to collect from us. All orders placed on this date were processed on the next working day (07/06/22).
Due to the courier delay and the back log of orders accumulated as a result, your order was unfortunately delayed slightly and despatched 1 day late (07/06/22) which I can only sincerely apologise for. We would be more than happy to refund you the difference between the priority shipping you have paid for and our standard shipping rate.
Like most small independent businesses, we try our very best to maintain the highest standards possible, however as we are only human, we do sometimes fall short, whether it be our fault or as a result of a 3rd party in the delivery chain.

Fantastic item
Fantastic item! The children absolutely love it and so do I .. so efficient, beautifully made , really sturdy and allows the kids to be creative . Such an amazing idea and when we’re done with it can easily be packed or thrown in recycling. I will not hesitate to buy another .. such a fantastic idea honestly. And delivery was super quick too ! So so pleased thank you so much!

Fully satisfactory
I haven't seen the play house myself as it was ordered as a gift, but it arrived in time for Christmas, apparently without any inconvenience; and I was sent a video of the child enjoying it - and the parents also.

Unfortunately our cardboard Xmas tee arrived defective (it was missing one of the slots so the two parts don’t slot together). The cardboard also isn’t recycled so not quite as eco as would be ideal. Otherwise they seem like a good company and hopefully they will recifty the Xmas tree (it seems like a one off cutting error)
