Kids Party Craft Avaliações 

Ordered on 6th January still have had order. No reply from customer service. My items are for the boys at the special needs school I work at where most og them are not only neurodivergent but are or have been in care and experienced early childhood trauma.

Placed an order 12/01 which came promptly. Since then I have tried to contact them multiple times to discuss missing items from the package. Nobody has responded to my emails, or called following the completion of the ‘contact us’ web form. In total there was 5 items missing. Wouldn’t recommend simply due to the appalling service.

Ordered on the Wednesday for next day delivery as I needed for the Saturday evening. Didn't arrive until Tuesday!! What a waste of money paying extra for quick delivery for it to take almost a week to arrive! Will not be using again!

Recently ordered for party bag fillers. Items thrown in the box randomly. I checked to see all the different items were there and one lot of items is missing. I emailed the company straight away and haven't heard anything. The missing items were only £5 but not the point - I paid for them so expected to receive them. As I've not heard from Kids Party Craft, I've had to buy an alternative lot of items elsewhere, to replace the missing ones.

Placed an order on Monday, selecting express delivery (1-2 days). The items have still not arrived today (Saturday), which is the day of the party. Even with Wednesday being a bank holiday, this is not an express delivery. I emailed the company to confirm when I could expect to receive the goods, no response!
The most frustrating part, is that I took time to select a retailer as I knew we needed the items quickly.

Ordered some kids stocking fillers: excellent reduction in price, and super fast delivery. Cannot fathom the negative reviews for this company, when I experienced excellent service and quality products.

There was 2 items missing, I emailed the company, all sorted & received the missing items express delivery.

I ordered £33.22 worth of items on 1st November payment went out 5th November
I had a message from Evri on the to track parcel on the 7th of November til the 15th of November it’s still out for delivery I contacted Evri No Reply I’ve messaged Kids Party Craft three times No reply I’ve lost £33.22p

Had a missing item from my order have emailed twice with no answer at all! No other way of getting hold of them

13 items in my order are faulty and cannot be sent out in our party bags, I'd expect the odd fault here and there with this type of purchase but 13 is excessive. Despite emailing directly 3 times and messaging the company via their website, nobody has bothered to reply. This makes it hard to fix the issue before the event. So I guess they are happy to send out landfill and not follow up with any form of customer service.

Will never order from here again. Had so many missing items in my order. Contacted them straight away but still no response. I need a refund for the items that they didn’t send out

Items did not turn up before my son’s birthday despite being ordered well in advance. Order turned up eventually and was refused. I have attempted to contact Kids Party Craft multiple times to arrange a refund and as of yet, received no correspondence or refund.

Left in limbo and without a refund. Just go elsewhere for any party needs.

Terrible customer service. No communication from the seller

Item delivered to a Evri Locker that sent no QR code to collect so items were automatically returned. No contact number for KPC and not replying to emails sent regarding order or refund as of yet. Very poor company. Get items from Amazon as at least they will arrive and able to contact.

Made an order of multiple items. One of the items was the wrong item - contacted and although they initially responded they asked for a photo. When I provided they are no longer responding despite numerous attempts - wouldn’t use again

I ordered items for my daughter’s party bags. They arrived soaking wet, unusable, and with an item missing. I have emailed twice first asking for a replacement and when that opportunity was missed, a refund. Not a single response so I have paid good money for something I couldn’t even use and had to replace myself

I have been trying to cancel my order since 26/09 and still haven't heard a word !! This is ridiculous. Before you reply to this negative review with try and contact us ... I have multiple times. !! I have literally emailed within few hours later saying I want to cancel. No contact for weeks

Items received were fine. Problem was there were items missing.

Emailed twice, few days elapsed and zero response. Now to late anyway as partys done.

Shame, because the goods received were tidy, well packaged, received on time and went down well. Could have been a good experience but the customer service is shocking.

Really bad customer service cannot beleive it. First time order and never again , avoid this company.
Received damaged goods. Have send pictures has to dispose the goods ruined my gifts for a party order 28 items. Asked for a refund and have been completely ignored. Never known such a company who acts and treats their customers like this. I am so upset and angry and very disappointed. They have not responded and completely been ignored. I have told everyone about this company how bad they are treating customers this way. Absolutely outrageous.

Incomplete order sent and no response from customer service despite sending multiple emails. Total rip off and best to avoid.
