I order kiiroo Dec1 2020 and I still didn't get it it's a bad company when they didn't ship my order to me!
Kiiroo has high tech toys that will satisfy you over and over. The features are great and keep the experience from ever getting boring. Had some minor difficulties but customer service is excellent and I recommend Kiiroo to anyone looking for an adult toys.

I AM FRUSTRATED WITH KIIROO! After purchase of Onyx + VR package, extra sleeves and full payment made NOV 24 (order #56872) and 3 emails to customer service all I get is this auto reply telling me " Currently we are seeing response times of 3-5 business days given our volume of support queries. Please rest assured we will get to you as soon as we can." I understand it was Black Friday and things are busy, but NOT TAKING ALMOST 2 WEEKS AND NO REPLY!! I have made a other purchase from Europe during Black Friday sales and received my goods. I now really have a bad feeling about Kiiroo and their sincerity as a company about the value of the customer and giving them true and honest service. Now that they have my hard earned money that I have paid to them I HAVE NO SHIPPING CONFORMATION OR TRACKING NUMBER! Only a order conformation. This is my first review on Trustpilot hope it was done correctly. I need this by Dec 25th for the holidays.
All I can say is CAVEAT EMPTOR is a Latin phrase that can be roughly translated in English to "LET THE BUYER BEWARE"

After my 4th email, Kiiroo finally they responded saying because of the Black Friday promotions they run out of VR head sets and will have some in 3 to 5 days and ship out my order and hopefully they will have a happy customer on their hands.
Communications could have been better, although I am glad we communicated. I will update this review accordingly.

Just received my tracking number! My order is finally on it's way! I have added a extra star as they were true to the last replay to the VR head sets arriving in 3-5 days. I will finalize my review once I receive my toys and try them out. I have read some other post and hope other people get a positive outcome.

I finally got my new toy! My XMAS present to myself is in the house. Lol..The shipping was discreet and very well packed and must give complements for this.
Onyx + seems to be well made with a quality feel to it.
I will put it to the test over the holidays, although I did try it out and found a so so stimulation ( I am of averaging size down below ) not terrible but not as expected and had troubles with understanding manual mode and setting up my bluetooth with the app. as I am looking forward to the VR experience! To be fair I did not dive deeply into my owners manual. This will be done over the holidays. The noise level is very similar to my Max 2 and it is acceptable. I also want to thank Kiiroo for the response, my frustrations were with communication. I may have to reach out for support if I have syncing issues with the Bluetooth. Extra star added. Thanks.

I am starting to get frustrated with Kiiroo!!
Starting Dec 24 20 and Dec 31 20, we have communicated with approx. 6 emails and established that I have a defective Onyx +. Jan 4th 21 Samantha sent me a email that I will be sipped out a replacement ( I was very happy and impressed by communication and handling at this point ) and it said "There is a chance you might not automatically receive your tracking details as we have manually inputted your order. By the end of the next business day please come back to me if you haven't received them and I will track them down for you." so I did and she emailed me a tracking number that does not exist with DHL. Then I email Samantha back and she assures that the tracking number is correct by sending a photo of a order on Kiiroo's system not DHL's that has my name, address, tracking #, box ID, and a ref # and ends the email with this quotation "The only thing i can advise is to consult with DHL as it is their responsibly to compete this shipment.
If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

I have looked on line and made 3 phone call to DHL, one that was escalated to their internal supervisor ( spent 15min on the phone while they looked in to this matter ), DHL TELLS ME THAT "NO SUCH ORDER EXIST" in the system based on tracking #, or my name or address and box ID or ref # number has nothing to do with them!! Now at this point I reach back to Kiiroo and tell then "Why am I chasing this order I did not arrange the shipping your people did" the CORRISPONDANCE BACK HAS STOP! after 6 more emails ( approx. 12 in total to them ) I feel that I and being ignored and have foolishly been defrauded and have lost my money on a expensive toy that does not work and do what it suppose to do! We are back to a one star opinion.
PLEASE STAND BY YOUR PRODUCTS!!!
I PERSONALLY NOW BELIEVE THAT NOTHING WAS SENT TO ME AND I AM JUST GETTING A RUNAROUND.
At this point please ship something with a proper tracking number or give me a full refund!!

Me and my wife happened to buy a combo pack at the same time. So we had 2 each of the same thing at a cost of almost $400. Many of their devices do not work. The Titan has connectivity issues as well as charging and battery issues. My wife's toy has connectivity issues. I have spoken to their customer service department or lack there of, many times for months. Once you buy it, your stuck with it. New in box or not. If it is broken, be prepared to send photo after photo and video after video of the issue. It almost seems their goal is to get you so frustrated you give up. In my particular situation I went back and forth a total of 8 times with pictures and video and then a rep said oh yeah we have seen a lot of issues with this model, told me they manufacturing a different one and would send that one... See below.
(We have noted this issue of melted sleeves and we are working to replace all current sleeves with a new model. Kiiroo’s new sleeve design will be available for three different sizes, made of a higher grade material that is softer and much less subject to these types of defects.
Sadly, this will take some time. We expect this to be ready and available within 1 - 2 months time. After this time has elapsed, we could certainly provide you with a replacement to ensure that you have a working toy with the appropriate conditions regarding the accessories.
We can offer a replacement sleeve now but cannot guarantee that you will receive it in perfect condition. Also we are extending the warranty of for our affected customers thus your warranty would start from the day we will ship out our improved sleeves.

When it arrived.... It was the same one. The same model that I had issues over and over with on 2 separate units and the company willingly admitted there was issues with. I reached out to them again and told. They basically said sorry for my bad luck, I could order another for 35% Off. I told them no. They need to replace the broken item with a better unit. That it's ridiculous to ask someone to pay another $170 for something they have already spent $400 on and it's junk. They never responded. They are in way over their heads. As it stands right now I have 2 Titans that are innoperable and a brand new one in a box that I have zero confidence it will work. When asked about their products reputation this was their response.

Also if you look at some of our competitors such as the one mentioned about most of their products are female orientated (8 out of 9 products are for female), hence they do not offer much choice for the male customers.
Unlike the male counterpart the female products are much easier to store, manage, use, and are not susceptible for defects. This is because the female toys have minimal to none moving parts hence lower chance for customers to receive defective product. Due to this reason they are hardly having any problem with customers.
In this industry there are not a lot companies that offer wide range of male orientated toys and if they are any competitors either they are either too simple or are not providing the same experience or lack compatibility or are bulky.

All in all their customer service is about as good as their product. It's defective. They will replace a broken unit with a broken unit. They will ask you to send video every time... Knowing their is issues with the unit. They will run you in circles over and over until you buy something from Lovense instead.
Do not buy from this company. The reviews arent lieing to you.

The Onyx + looks and does exactly what the Kiiroo site says it will do. I found the charging and bluetooth setup pretty simple (just take your time and follow the step-by-step directions exactly as written, they worked for me first time). The problem is though the Onyx performs as advertised, the experience is laughably poor. NO, it's nothing like a simulated blowjob. NO, it's nothing like simulated vaginal sex. NO, it's nothing like a handjob. Using the Onyx provides very little stimulation at all. I'm probably slightly above average in girth and average in length, lube is needed for this toy and there's absolutely no way I would fit without using some so the problem is not my size. The problem is the Onyx + provides almost no stimulation (literally). I read the reviews and was skeptical but purchased one anyway based on the ability to link to interactive porn videos. Doing so is interesting, but can't make up for the lack of performance by the product.
The Onyx + would be a borderline ripoff at $50, but for $200 it's a travesty. I can't believe this company actually tested the Onyx with users before putting it on the market, if they had tested it they never would tried to start selling them. Well, except there's suckers like me out there that sort of believe the shill youtubers so even though people like me are skeptical and think the advertising videos are too good to be true we also figure there must be something to them right? Wrong!
Do NOT waste your money on this product. You're better off with your hand or with one of the toys you manually move. You will be disappointed if you buy an Onyx.
I'll be very honest, I was really hoping I would enjoy the toy. When I try something new I normally go through a phase where it gets a lot of use before my excitement dies down, but this thing totally failed to deliver. I'll give the Onyx another one or two tries but don't see my opinion changing which is why I'm posting a review now rather than waiting.
So far disappointed. Ordered the onyx+ with vr goggles for the black Friday deal and still nothing in my email. Order number #*7010

I had honestly been so disappointed with my decision to move forward with getting the Onyx over another brand's equivalent product as I was well aware of the consequences I'd have to face should I not be able to use the product due to fitting issues. After months of defeated acceptance, I reached out to customer support in the hopes of finding an alternative and was pleased to find a new product would be coming out soon in the US that addresses this problem. However, it was definitely difficult to understand how other products they had could still be shipped to the US but this new product was exclusively available to Oceania customers. I had even hinted my willingness to have a friend order it and ship it to me but I suppose they were only taking into consideration my cost savings if I waited for the bulk shipment of their product to be brought over together rather than ship me one for having been unable to enjoy my original product for months. With respect to their return policy, I can only wonder if a greater commitment to customer satisfaction would've been applied if that option were available to me. I did have to go out of my way to shamefully ask for some sort of discount as it seemed no sympathy was conveyed for my situation and recent buyer's remorse. While I considered giving 4 stars for this, I knew I was not entitled to any such consideration when it was my fault for not having noticed information that was allegedly there at the time of purchase. I can only recall that all their other units were sold out and I could not have chosen a more fitting unit at the time If I wanted. Perhaps I overlooked it and since they did end up responding to the affirmative to my request of a discount, I saw no reason not to rate their customer service short of exceptional.

I ordered a Keon 11/04 and 16 days later I still haven't received the product. They we're happy to charge my card asap but also have days long response times to urgent customer service requests.
I do not recommend ordering from these guys. Maybe they're struggling because of rona or something but that's even more reason to not buy from this company until they can get their stuff together.
Edit: the order finally arrived one day before it would be considered lost (according to them 3 weeks)

I just got the KEON, and so far I am very much UNDERWHELMED... First off, I downloaded the Feelconnect App and probably if I could connect it would be fine. My Phone, finds the KEON just fine, but connecting to the phone, doesn't allow the app to connect to it. That is just stupid. The App should be able to use the device when its connected to the phone. So I can't connect the phone, but when I have it in pairing mode and not connected to the phone, and I try to connect through the app as you are supposed to do, then it NEVER finds the device. I ran through the entire battery JUST trying to connect to the device.
I also tried the KEON in manual mode and its not as good as I was expected, but when I got going into a good rhythm with it, it felt VERY good... But before I could even finish, it runs out of juice. Very disappointed. Even when it is good, it doesn't have the stamina to really work. And I thought I needed to work on my stamina...
I DID find one thing (aside from the short time it was pleasurable in manual mode) that I liked. Fleshlight sleeves fit into the Keon cradle and so you can use a Fleshlight sleeve with it. However, the Fleshlight sleeve is ever so slightly larger than the KEON sleeve. So when you put the Fleshlight sleeve into the KEON cradle, you get a tighter fit in the sleeve. That made my Fleshlight sleeve even more pleasurable.

The quality of their products is horrible and their customer service is even worse. You would think for the price you are paying that you would be purchasing a good decent/high quality product with accommodating customer service - you are not. I would not give this company a penny.

KEON - 100% satisfied. Delivery ultra fast from Netherlands to UK in about 3-5 days maximum. I spent about 2 hours on settings but after it does what is says. For app go to playstore and check feelconnect 3.0 (only this one worked the other impossible here i spent about 1.5 hours to figure it out) , if you got VR is working on mozilla firefox browser straight on your Device , (I got htc vive). I admit that I was really frustrated at one point with connectivity but after it worked 100% as it should. For all ppl that did not work download feelconnect 3.0 I guarantee 100% will be ok. Use this toy for fun time to time don't exaggerate with porn otherwise your brain will go nuts because of dopamine excess and when you will want to get laid or have babies with someone you can't get excited enough and you will get in trouble. thanks , wish you a very nice day!

I felt like the toy was interesting, but it lacked in some areas. I couldn't fit inside using the sleeve even after applying lots of lube. I had connectivity issues using the app when connecting to my partner and have an excellent wifi bandwidth. and made sure that there were not other bluetooth devices interfering with the signal. I tried reaching out to customer support on several occasions, but am still waiting for a response after a week.
This thing is total junk. I did research before purchase but should have been more in depth. Lots of buzzing and whirring with very little contact or pressure. $230.00 right out the window as you can NOT return if it opened. Its a scam.
Great customer service. My device stopped working. Contacted support and Samantha tried to walk me through the troubleshooting process. She was very patient and prompt. After she determined that the device is bad, she immediately sent replacement unit by priority mail. I am very happy with the customer service. Samantha is a wonderful support analyst.
Every single complaint here is accurate. I've owned this thing a matter of days, barely have used it, and I've already validated all of them. The grip can barely be felt, the product is difficult to sync, and the sleeves tear VERY quickly after just a couple of uses without even being aggressive or overusing the product. This thing is complete garbage. I will NEVER buy a product from Kiiroo again, and I REALLY wish I had found these (VERY COMMON) complaints before I paid for this stupid thing.
Just received my Onyx+ and took it for a test drive. I have no clue what all the negative reviews are for? I'm 5.5cm girth and it fits and jacks wonderfully. Yeah, you need to fiddle with the app to make it work with interactive porn. Pretty easy to get working if you have 5 minutes to troubleshoot.
To be clear this is not the same as a human experience. I've had lots and lots of amazing sex with living breathing people. It's still pretty damn amazing.
Maybe the negative reviews are from below average guys?
