Communicative and helpful
I bought a custom made jacket. It was ready in a couple of weeks and arrived very quickly by tracked dhl parcel. The quality was good and good value for money. Would happily use again.

Second order, quite happy!
This is the second time we've ordered from Kiltist (because kids grow!), and we continue to be happy. My son and I attend the Highland Games every year and love that we can represent the Sinclair Clan. We always get compliments so clearly they are doing something right. Shipping is actually pretty quick and being able to get a full kit at such a reasonable price is perfect. My son is heading to Scotland in 2 weeks and will be bringing his Kiltist kilt along with him. Great communication. Easy ordering. And you get exactly what you expect!

I bought a full kilt outfit from Kiltist, the fit was a bit snug, so I initially asked about a replacement. I decided to gift that one to my cousin and ordered a new set for myself. Throughout it all, Kiltist communicated quickly and professionally, offering me a 10% discount and even helping add a sporran I spotted after the fact.
Great communication, fast delivery, and they really work with you to meet your needs. Can’t recommend them enough 10/10!

Ladies and Gents, I cannot recommend Kiltist highly enough. If there were more stars, I would give them. First the kilt and accessory gear all arrived in time for my son’s formal event. Andrew has been wanting a Scottish kilt in alignment with our heritage for a long time and this was his graduation present. The kilt fit amazing and is amazing quality and authenticity and style. I accidentally ordered the wrong jacket and had a miscommunication on sleeve length as there are different ways or thoughts to measure sleeve length. The style of jacket sent worked for the formal, but the Kiltist sent the one we needed / wanted for this treasure of a uniform and Kiltist replaced it - and shipped it - on their own accord, without prompting!!! - just based on quality and integrity. This was done in the midst of a war and they got it accomplished and sent, both physical and economic war overcome!!! - The coat arrived and the craftsmanship and style and quality and fit are truly stunning. We have been communicating Christian verses and Principles and I believe they have been reading The Bible, because of their excellence. Kiltest is absolutely outstanding
Kiltest is absolutely outstanding. The quality of the kilt was amazing and measurements spot on. Everything arrived - for whole assemble / outfit / gear - on time and they communicated well through WhatsApp (an app that we use regularly as missionaries in the field and is excellent for international communication) to ensure everything was done to specs and to ensure timely shipping. They used FedEx to accurately ship and my son had is kilt and all the gear needed in time for his formal. It was a cherished graduation present for his University and something he has been wanting - and said he would cherish his entire life. Looks amazing. They kept the measurements and reached out to us and helped us with another jacket we needed as well. 20th Wedding Anniversary celebration
My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary this summer and decided to renew our vows. We wanted to make it really special so we went all out. My wife is Italian- Irish and I am Scottish so of course kilts were a big part of the ceremony. Myself and our sons had kilts already in our clan tartan but a great friend of mine, who is also a priest, needed one to complete the ensemble. I bought him the Clergy Kilt from Kiltist. He was thrilled and I can’t say enough about the experience with Kiltist. The quality of the Kilt is outstanding and a perfect fit. Shipping was great and on time. Best Customer Service
I'm was absolutely wowed by the customer service from this company. Everyone has been so very helpful and they really care about the customer. In this world it is so very refreshing to experience a group of people who truly care about the customer and their products. They answered all my questions and they were very helpful getting me pointed in the right direction.
There was very little wait time to chat with a LIVE person. They even followed up with me to ensure all items were as I expected them.
The kilts were very well made and delivery was quite quick
