installed OS late at night when I got up the next day and connected had a ransom virus on it. Servers are very unstable.

I've been with Kimsufi for well over a year now (approaching 2), and am astounded at how stable the service has been, despite the fairly low prices for a dedicated server. I've had 100% uptime through my contract (other than my restarts & reinstalls, as well as a few potential issues my uptime monitors haven't detected), and can't complain at all. I've received 3 or so (D)DoS attacks whilst with them, all of which were mitigated + the server stayed running.

The one time I contacted support was to ask if my server bill could go down as they were advertising it now at a cheaper price. I received a response within a day (quicker than I expected), and they said they weren't able to change the price, however offered me a refund for the rest of my billing period & to waive setup fees if I wanted to move across to a new server.

All in all, a great experience so far!

Lack of customer service - No response to tickets raised.
Renewal of servers are a joke - They take your money but don't provide the service.

Currently migrating my server now to another host.
If you want something cheap with no support and crazy billing and validation processes. Kimsufi is the #1

If you are looking for a cheap sever, you'd be hard pushed to find anything that comes close to what you can get from KimSufi. I'v been using the server for about two weeks now and had no issues.

However, their ordering process leaves much to be desired. On the order page it said the server would be delivered within 120 seconds. But after 120 seconds, there was nothing in the control panel to say the server had been ordered. I also had no emails to confirm, for several hours when I got an email telling me I needed to pay. Even though it appeared I had already paid. But I tried paying again from the link they emailed, but it did not work. After about a day, the server appeared in my administration as being on order, but with the setup fee unpaid. I sent an email to support and it took about 2 days to reply, with little real substance. It was about 5-6 days before the server was delivered. I am also a customer of their sister company, SoYouStart, and have had similar issues ordering with them.
