Sally from kind funerals went out of her way to help after I lost my dog. I received my dog back today in a lovely box with a bottle containing some of his hair and a cask of his paw print as well ❤️

Very Kind understanding from the moment if contact to collection of our darling Tigger giving the gentle care and respect we had given Tigger all his life which is just what we needed at this devastating time for our family - would recommend to anyone in the same very sad position 💕

The day after I purchased my plan, they went to collect my pet the day after, and told updated me about everything. When I received my collection, I noticed that they gave me a free ink print of my pet's paw, which was very touching.

I definitely recommend Kind Funerals which is owed by Sally, she made my hamster Jerrie’s cremation so special and lovely. The way sally supports you and allowing you to be with your pet during the experience with no rush at all. I got to say goodbye, say a little prayer with a tea light candle. The additional items you get such as a lock of hair, paw prints, a bracelet, flowers seeds, a caring note and cremation certificate is such a lovely thing to be able to take home to treasure❤️ Thank you for this first experience with you and taking special care and love for my Jerrie 🐹

Sally was so kind and took good care of our beautiful Tinkerbell. She’d had a good long life and this was the perfect option to give her a dignified send off. We have the paw prints and paw molds too which are a lovely keepsake. We would highly recommend if needed.

Deciding to put your beloved pet to sleep is just one of the hardest decisions to make. Sally was nothing but 'kind', compassionate and patient throughout the whole process. My beloved Tiggy was in the best hands on her last journey to being cremated. Tiggy was delivered home by hand by Sally. The urn was beautifully engraved and accompanied by beautiful ink paw prints and a cutting of fur. A truly exceptional way to remember my angel girl, Tiggy. A great experience at such a very sad time.

A truly fantastic company who are happy to go above and beyond to help. Sally is most definitely an angel among us. From the initial booking through the website to Sally arriving to collect Ross, it was a simple and swift process. Due to a small error with the website, some of our request and extras weren’t charged, Sally noted down everything we needed and took the time with our daughter to explain what would happen. When we were advised Ross was coming home, I reminded Sally about the extra I owed and I sent it over a day or so later. All in all, a very reasonable price for a very personal and professional service. This is our 2nd time using Kind and I’d happily recommend them to everyone.

Sally from Kind took such good care over the cremation of our family cat. She contacted us at all stages of the process and the final delivery of the ashes back to us included beautiful and heartfelt touches which went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you!

We found Kind Funerals after our guinea pig died at home. From filling in the form to getting a call was extremely quick. I got a text with an eta which was around 5-6 hours after our initial contact. Sally arrived and was very professional, kind and thoughtful. We had arranged for Bimini to come back home and Sally contacted me again to let me know. The paw prints and clay models were lovely and the forget me not flowers and candle were a lovely thoughtful touch.

I really can’t recommend Kind Funerals enough. Sally made a really tough day so much easier, we didn’t have to worry about what was going to happen to Toonie. We could tell he was going to be treated with respect and we were blown away with the little extras of paw prints in ink and clay we also received. I’m hoping I don’t have to use the service again soon, but definitely wouldn’t use anyone else should it be needed!

Both my partner and I, when finding ourselves in a very dark and sad place at the passing of our cat Ekko, not knowing what to do; the one thing we did, in hindsight, that has helped bring us peace was using KindFunerals and let Sally take care of our beautiful boy.
