We ordered and paid for the time…

We ordered and paid for the time machine clock in December 2021. Still hadn't received it in Jan/Feb. Followed up multiple times and then told one had been returned and despite having paid for delivery was asked to pay another $65. Clock eventually turned up and hasn't worked properly from day one. We have been in constant contact with Glen who has over promised and under delivered. We sent the clock back from NZ to USA at a cost of $200NZ. We have the emails to say that he agreed to pay half the courier fee and he hasn't. We have asked for our money back which he had agreed to and now he is going back on that promise too. Feel really ripped off snd cheated as we are over $1,200NZ out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

I'm out of pocket for THEIR mistake

I bought a Kinekt Tag and they sent the wrong size. When I contacted them, they quickly sent out the correct one and "kindly" asked me to return the wrong one, saying they would reimburse me. I did so ... and now they're ignoring my emails, so I'm out of pocket because I was nice enough to help them. The stuff they sell is OK, but don't trust the spin about the company - they might be a "family business", but they're not nice people, do not trust them.

Not a fan of customers service

Product is awesome... The customer service, not

I bought a gear ring in may, didn't fit. Sent it back and ordered a new.
So far so good.
I sent my wrong size back in may (from Denmark)
It is now late July and my package has still not arrived back to kinekt. On june 21th i contact kinekt and recive this message :

Thanks for checking in with us again and I know this situation is a bit frustrating (etc)

So, let me suggest this. Let's wait until this week and see if your package shows up to us. If you don't hear from us next week, please email us again and let us know. Were you looking to do an Exchange or Return?

I responded

We can definitely wait another week.

Now fast forward to July 7th : i remind them that i have now waited more than that week out and i am reaching out as we agreed upon.

Mr. Andy is not really that stoked about me reaching out. And tell me to wait further.

I tell him

Hello Andy.

I do know how to read. I see the link. But as i just pointed out - i contacted customer service and your colleague suggested we waited to the end of that week - and if it didn't show up - try to find a solution. I'm referring to the mail from the 21st last month.

About a week later on the 18th, July i email them

Hello. WHat did the post office say about the package

Hi again; i did go to the local post office and gave them the tracker; they said they will do an inquiry and get back to me... today is sunday , so i do not have any updates from it at the moment

Granted, i dont live in the us. English is not my first language - clearly.
But , i am having difficulty believing that every day from July 10th - July 18th

- and then again up until today where i contacted again with this message

It is no longer Sunday. What's going on? Why can I not get any money back. i stand on the fact you for more than a month ago said "lets wait and see this week out" or something like that. I am aware that you them later said "what i ment was ... Let's wait and see the rest of the week and then after that
.... Just wait some more"

I do not believe that that was what was implied

Further more - i asked you a question about respons from the post ! You said it was Sunday. True. But in my defence. It has been 10 days now - without any response from you. It has not been Sunday for the past 10 days.

I have now waited for my money back since may. I do not think this is fair in any way shape or form and hope we can work this out Now!

---- again - i love the product. I do. But i do think that customer service have over complicated this.
