If I could give no stars then that would be a more accurate review. I have been with them for a number of years, only because it's so hard to get away from them. They give empty promises that your bill will be x amount of money but within months it goes up by more than 25% and according to them a 12 month contract starts in say, September but still bill you for the next September, which in my books is 13 months, but according to them I am wrong, but it doesn't end in September at all as you still get billed for October because they can keep your account going until you get someone else to take over your broadband. They then give a crazy amount for an October bill. You can't get away from them even if you cancel the contract. STAY WELL AWAY FOLKS, this company steals your money.

Closed my 2 accounts with Kinex in February (it’s now October) over the phone and they have continued to bill me and even handed my details over to a debt collector. I have emailed several times (service at kinex.co.uk) asking why they are still charging me but had no response. I wouldn’t go near this company if my life depended on it. Complete jokers.

Doesn't reply to emails/pick up the phone
I raised a formal complaint with Kinex on 3 October regarding billing to their complaints email, and received no response. I then forwarded it to their standard email address on 16 October which stated a 2-3 working day turnaround and also received no response. I tried phoning but also was unable to get through.
I would suggest you use a company which is more responsive. I'm now in the process of raising a complaint with the Ombudsman.

Edited to add: they still haven't managed to find my details. Yet they've somehow managed to send details to debt collectors? Why not check your email inbox for an email from my address?
