We were really impressed with the service offered and you really get your money’s worth. Lee was fantastic, always following up and giving us all the information and choices you’d expect. We felt supported and the whole experience of buying a house was 10 times easier with Lee involved, would highly recommend Lee (I’m sure the rest of the team is great too) to others.

We had a really great experience with Lee as our mortgage advisor. As first-time buyers, the whole process felt quite overwhelming at times, but Lee explained everything clearly and made sure we fully understood each step.

His communication was excellent throughout. He kept us updated regularly and we rarely had to chase for anything, which made the process feel smooth and stress-free. He was also very supportive when it came to helping us make decisions, always taking the time to guide us in the right direction.

Overall, the whole experience felt far easier than we expected, and Lee played a big part in that. We would definitely recommend him to anyone and would be more than happy to use him again in the future.

From the moment I took a call from Kingfishers Mortgages they were friendly and explained everything very well. The initial call I spoke to Sam who booked us in with a face to face meeting with Chris at our home. His hours were very flexible and he fitted us in around our busy home life with young children. When Chris came round he explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable about mortgages and had great financial advice. We look forward to speaking to Chris again when we look to move house in the near future.

Chris kept us in the loop at all times and was always quick to answer any questions we had along the way. He was able to get us a great deal and we're really pleased to be able to use Kingfisher for our mortgages going forward.

Chris at kingfisher mortgages has been brilliant from the start to the very end , we arranged a remortgage 5 months our existing mortgage was due to run out and Chris found us a very good deal and kept on top of it for any rate drops . We felt a bit cautious about it all as the last time we had a mortgage arranged , the company dealing with literally robbed us with hidden charges but Chris at kingfisher made everything very clear from the start , no surprises just good clear communication in verbal and written , we could just sit back knowing everything was getting sorted and we didn't have to worry about a thing , excellent service , would highly recommend

My parents advised going to Nick for the remortgage of our house having had many years of fantastic advice from him, and our experience was no different.

Nick clearly knows his stuff and secured us a brilliant deal we wouldn’t have found without him, saving us a considerable amount of money. He walked us through everything, took time to answer questions and was always incredibly prompt in his responses.

Lee was AMAZING! He came to see us, got to know us and understood us, this helped us choose the right product. We had a few issues with our house sale and Lee was there every step of the way, sorting us out. He really worked magic for us and we could not have got to the end without him and we most certainly cant recommend Lee enough!

Excuse after excuse about sorting 2 mortgages for me. "I was at the hospital with my son" then "I was as the hospital with my Dad"
Then, "I'll call you today" followed by a week of zero contact. Muppets.

Kingfisher are a step above our previous mortgage advisor. The advice, knowledge and support we have had from Lee has been amazing. He has been genuine, professional, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire process with a personal approach overall. We couldn’t recommend kingfisher mortgages enough. We will be remortgaging with kingfisher again due to the honest and respectable and depth of service provided.

Chose these since they helped my brother get his property. They have continued to be very reliable and always on the look out for better mortgage deals even when one has been chosen to ensure the lowest interest rates are picked. I was buying a property which took 6+ months; and in that time frame they extended the mortgage deal towards the end without issues and found a lower interest deal. Don’t waste your time going to a bank as I was turned away, but these helped and took action to make the magic happen :)
