Specifically, I made an order and then realised I forgot to add one comic. Made a second order with the comic I missed and had to pay for shipping again - but staff were happy to combine both orders and refund me once instance of shipping.

Kings always comes through with the comics I am after, always fast delivery, excellent service.

I clicked my mouse buttons a few times, then comics showed up on my doorstep! Couldn't be easier. Everything arrived in perfect condition, they were very well protected so even if AusPost decided to frisbee my parcel across the warehouse, the books would still be pristine.

Updated: All my brand new books had spine splitting and two had damage in the top corners, but I emailed photos to Kings and they organised replacements without hassle! Great customer service

While the packaging was top notch and sent in a timely manner, they sent a brand new book full of spine ticks without disclosing this and at full cost.

Always a pleasant experience shopping online with Kings Comics. Delivery is fast and my comics are well protected in what they are packed in. Rang the store once and found the staff to be helpful and friendly.

Order mostly fulfilled as placed, however one issue was not as ordered - contacted store, explained situation, they looked into it and issued a refund promptly. Genuinely can't fault their customer service.
