Resposta da Kingsper
Dear Dulkifil,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the size did not meet your expectations.
We would like to clarify that none of our watch models are listed as 44mm on our website. All Kingsper watches are clearly specified as 41mm or 42mm, and this information is available on each product page to ensure full transparency before purchase.
It’s possible there may have been a misunderstanding when reviewing the specifications, and we kindly invite you to recheck the product details on our website for confirmation. That said, we completely understand that size preference is very personal, and we’re sorry the watch did not feel right for you.
Thank you again for your feedback; it helps us continue to improve our customer experience.
Kind regards,
Kingsper London Team
