Love the design of the DOU tungsten black/silver with rose gold. I bought this ring just to wear to work. I work in a hospital and don’t wanna wear my wedding band. I’m a size 7 and for some reason the King Will size 7 is a little loose so I don’t know if other customers have issue with sizing. I still gave 4 stars because of the price and the fast shipping and also the quality.

APRIL 9, 2018 UPDATE ISSUE RESOLVED

I wanted to update that I was contacted by Tracy Luo from King Will and she is working with me to provide refunds. Everything has been worked out on the positive side and Tracy has been very nice and helpful.

Bottom line, HAD I MADE SURE I HAD THE CORRECT RING SIZE BEFORE ORDERING I WOULD HAVE HAD A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE FROM THE GET GO. I wouldn't hesitate to order King Will rings again but I think they have some tweaking to do as far as customer service. They do aim to please it's just that with today's technology it should and can be a much smoother process.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the rings but if in doubt about your ring size don't order until you know for sure!

This is my fourth attempt to contact you through e-mail. My first and third attempts were sent through your website last week and I have no record of it since it was sent from your site (but would have been on 3/19 and then again today. My second attempt was on 3/20 below and this is my fourth.

I'm getting concerned as I've placed two orders through your website. The first was on 3/13 (Order ID KW-100000802) which was shipped/received; however the rings must be returned as they do not fit so I need a return label.

The second order was placed on 3/19. I have PayPal confirmation for second purchase for $60.47; however to date (it's 3/22 I've not received an e-mail confirmation of my order, shipping confirmation, etc. from you.

There is no contact information on your website, other than an e-mail address. Please advise asap otherwise, I feel I will need to contact PayPal for refunds and I would really just rather return for refund and receive the new rings.

These are great quality products for an awesome price! Everything about this company impressed me. From the mission statement, to the choices, and man oh man the price. It was one of those things I couldn't believe. Like "No way? That can't be right?" I got my ring and it was perfect! It's a man's man's man ring. My original plan was to only use it temporarily until later buying some overly expensive platinum whatever, but... meh, this is perfect. Why waste money on some brainwashed idea of what metal I should wear? These are men's rings, for men who think functionality and cost are more important than being able to tilt up their nose and say "this is platinum" in a snooty voice. LOL

It came on time and everything, I just ordered the wrong size and found out too late. There isn't an easy place to see if I can return it or exchange it for the right size. Other than that this was a very easy process/

Extremely happy with service and quality of the ring. first ring I have bought in over 20 years and would absolutely recommend King Will Rings to anyone. Only caveat is if you would like it engraved you need to do that up front when you order it.

Ordered an engagement ring for my boyfriend here, he absolutely loves. Ring arrived exactly when it said it would and we had zero discrepancies from screen to physical product, will be recommending and ordering from here again.

This ring is beautiful inside and out, however it is extremely heavy. My fiance is going to have to workout to show that sucker off haha.
