I haven’t had many rings in my time I always seem to lose them or don’t have a connection with them this is my second ring from king will sorry to say I lost my first I didn’t have any regret on ordering a replacement just knowing your size is all need in getting a quality ring

No customer service contact. Ridiculous. The ring was the wrong size so we’re out $50 because there’s no way to reach anyone. No wonder if day free exchange BECAUSE YOU CANT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE. Do not recommend at all.

The ring looked fine upon arrival, but within a day some of the blue was scratched off. It would have been nice if they would have stated it was only coated with a non-durable material. I would have known to not purchase the ring.

Great ring at a great price, Amazon didn't stock my size, so I ordered from the Kingwill website and it arrived in time for me to walk down the aisle!

I have tried getting ahold of this company and it has been impossible. They have no phone number for customer service and the “contact us” form doesn’t seem to reach anyone.

Fiancé loves the ring and we’re due to get married on Sunday!

Purchased my fiance's wedding band from King Will.I had seen a similar band at another company... for over 13 times the price. And not the same quality. When the ring arrived, my fiance actually got upset I wouldn't let him wear it until the wedding! The ring is perfect, the fit is perfect, the color is exactly what he was hoping for. The ring got to him so quickly. We are so happy with our experience, I would recommend King Will Rings to anyone looking for a man's ring.

Ring is excellent quality, but customer support didn't respond to my email inquiring about trade for another size.

I was so surprised that I was impressed with a ring for under $20 that I'd initially fallen in love with at the jewelers for $300. I'd initially ordered one that was too large and KingWill happily worked with me to reorder a beautiful ring that fit and I'm proud to wear. Super dressy!

Customer service did reach out a couple of times and apologized for what happened. They’ve shown some good effort on their end to make sure that I am satisfied. A+ on their end. Like I said in the previous review, the actual product is great. I have zero complaints.

Timely shipping, great looking product, and excellent customer service

I bought this ring a week before our ceremony, it did not arrive!! I was kind the first time, they stated they'd refund my $5 shipping fee for 2 day shipping except whoops.... it wasnt shipped out of warehouse on time. So I was told it would be here by 6/20! Perfect as we rescheduled ceremony for 6/23..... 6/20 NO RING!! I got a "so sorry would you like me to talk to the warehouse and see when it may arrive"???? SERIOUSLY??? What choice do I have. Never ever will i order from here again

Received the ring in great condition! It was exactly as the picture online. My Fiancé loved it!
