I ordered a prom dress about 2 to 3 weeks ago and it hasn't shown up I'm still waiting for it. Tomorrow is the last day for my dress to show up if it doesn't I'm calling to see where it is and will want my money back

I ordered 2 dresses from this site and waited almost 3 months for them and when they came , the color was wrong, quality was really bad. I had really bad experience with this company and i will never ever order from them so if you are smart u will hear what i say so u can use the money because u wont never get what u pay for, its just the wast of money and full of stress, they lie iin chat and wont return your money.

I ordered my dress 3 MONTHS AGO and it is still not here! I payed the 4-8 day shipping and when I called asking why it wasn't here yet, they said they haven't even made it. So they said I would be getting it at the end of January. Did it come? Nope. So I called again and the woman assured me I would get it in a couple of days. A few days later, it never came so I called again. Then the woman told me it hadn't been shipped out yet so I asked her to finally send it to me. She said she would and a month later, it still never came. I'm canceling my order today because this is the worst service I have ever dealt with.

Ordered this dress only because IT was listed as SHIPS IN 48hrs with listed EARLIEST arrival date of February 20,2014. Prior to ordering I chatted online with reps twice who assured me that the item would be delivered by February 22,2014. I decided to order dress after I was eased with the turnaround time. With each online conversation I informed the rep that I was saving the text of this conversation (a option this site offers) and that all I found was bad reviews on the delivery time. I returned to the site to check status and was told via chat again that it was in production and would be on time as previously promised. On February 21 a day before scheduled delivery I received a email and phone call stating that they will not be able to fulfill order as promised. Really it was just in production so what happened. Was informed that it would over a week before my funds would be reversed. Please everyone try another site. I don't buy based on reviews however I wished I would have now. Here it is I don't have a gown with my event coming up soon. KissDresses tried noting to satisfy the issue or tried to keep me as a returning customer. Completely false advertisement. Poor customer service.

I loved the dress from the picture but once I received it and tried it on, it is more pretty than in the picture. Great value and the quality of the dress is amazing!! One happy customer. Thank you!

Worse experience I've ever had with ordering online! It took 4 months for my dress to be delivered and when it did, it was a cheaply made knock off of the dress. Looked almost nothing like it. Cheap fabric, different color. Looked like a completely different dress. Tried to get a refund but they would not cooperate at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered my dress 3 months ago, and last week i received an email saying that they would not be making my dress. This is 2 weeks after they were supposed to mail it! I was told I would be getting a refund, but a full week later- I still have no refund. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!
