I wouldn’t recommend this company. From the moment I pressed ‘confirm & pay’ I experienced issues. I couldn’t find my order on the website to track it. I had to reach out to customer service to find my order. Delivery took about 2 weeks to arrive. Then I opened the package and the product was not what I was hoping, so I immediately put it back in the package and tried to request a return. I still couldn’t find my order on the website, so I reached out to customer service. I asked them for a return to which they said I could receive $20 (I paid $137) and keep the wig. I told them I wasn’t going to use it and wanted to return it and receive a FULL refund. To that they offered an exchange. So, I picked a different wig and sent it to them. They responded to let me know there was a $13 difference. BUT they said if I leave a 5 star review they would not charge me the difference. That is blackmail! I don’t recommend this business at all.

Kisslove hair is absolutely amazing. Their products are phenomenal. The construction and quality of the wigs are absolutely amazing very well thought out. They have great customer service.. I love the fact that they pay attention to detail. They have a new customer for life.

The wig was supposed to be 26 inches and is closer to 22 or 24 inches . I own multiple 26 inch wigs and they were longer . The highlights were sloppy .
The shipping was fast and I was really excited for the 360 lace . But overall will never buy from them ever again . Once I get my refund- never again.

My experience with this company and their wigs was great. I have purchased the same wig 3 times in different lengths. I absolutely LOVE this wig. It is the color is perfect, soft, curly and just kinky enough to make it soft and movable.

I had a terrific experience purchasing from KissLove. The shipping was quick. My hair came pre-curled, with rollers in it. The hair color is as pictured. Overall, the quality is up to my standards. This is my second purchase, and I will continue to be a repeat consumer!

To Hume it may concern i perches 5 packs of number 27 from luxyl beauty supply Stockton 963 west march ln.(VIVATRESS pre-stretched HYPOALLERGENIC) for some unknown reason my scalp is itchy and red. I like the color but its a lie about HYPOALLERGENIC i used this same hair and brand for 7 years.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Their customer service is truly top tier. They work with you to make sure you’re happy. The quality of the hair is also beautiful and exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers the way they do. They’ve definitely gained a lifetime customer in me!

I mistakenly ordered incorrect wig.
After receiving it, I contacted the kisslove hair customer service & wowwww they were very helpful & gave options & I decided to go with an exchange to the correct hair.
Wowwww, they sent me the new hair.
It was really fast! I was extremely impressed by their customer service they kept in the loop in every stage until I received my hair.
Am so happy & highly recommend big time.

Wig is very thin even though supposed to be 180% so the length is missing about 2 inches if you consider the length cutting short at the ends of the unit are basically nothing but strays

Kiss love I most definitely do have an order. The order number is KS36960. The wig is thin. After further getting into it and trying to make it work, it does not even lay properly. Waste of money at this point. I have ordered several human hair wigs from online and this one was not up to standard at all.
I will say the hairline is nice. Texture is accurate.

well the ordering was easy and the wig came quick but I ordered a 18inch kinky with natural hairline. I go like a 14inch. to quality was really bad. lets talk about the return process. It says to chat about your issue. its not a chat, they want you to put in your issue and then say o no one is here at this time. we will respond later. then it is not a chat. you just wanted me to sent a text and wait 48 hours for a response. I want what I paid for and not have to jump through hoops to get a response on how to return

I don’t know who are doing these reviews, but it is clearly a lie. There is another page that most customer said that they have been waiting for weeks to receive their unit. I was told that the service would be quick and easy. It has been everything but!! please just give me my money.
