Timely responses! is what is most important to me. When asking a question the time wait is short, my questions are answered, and I get a follow up email. Now that is customer service:) The system is easy enough to navigate for someone who is not computer savvy.

I have used Kit for a few years. I have always been happy with no complaints whatsoever. Always improving the platform and so easy to figure out. Thanks Kit.

I appreciated how quick the AI responses could be, but despite me signing up twice for a demo and reaching out directly as I let them know i've never managed a CRM before, nobody got in touch with me. The interface isn't easy to understand, it doesn't upload all your client data despite selecting custom fields, everything is fiddly across multiple tabs, Shame as it came recommended but they should offer and immediate onboarding service.

Great Email marketing tool specifically for me as an Email Copywriter. I use it to run Email Automation campaigns for my clients and the result is crazy

I am a small author and I appreciate the chance to use Kit for free for those with a lower subscriber list. It's easy to use and navigate, and I love the options for designing your newsletter. I also love the privacy it offers its users. I've been using it for a couple years now and I'm pleased.

The platform and especially the support is stellar...easy to get real answers. KIT doesn't do everything, but it sure does most of what I need.

The customer service is beyond excellent! Back in February, Kit's customer service team helped guide me promptly and effectively.

I like that KIT is user-friendly. I also really like that I can create and sell products on KIT while also linking them to a series of emails within KIT. Almost everything I need for my business is contained in one marketing platform.

We’ve really enjoyed using Kit to help us spread the word about our programs. There was a bit of a learning curve at first, but once I got comfortable with it, I found it very intuitive and even fun to use. It’s a powerful platform that makes email marketing much easier to manage.

The email system simply works well for me. I like the the easiness to check to open rates and so on. That said, I know KIT is much much more powerful than what I use it for. What I would like to have is someone who can properly teach me

Kit is clearly developed by people who are creators themselves. I like the fact that their features and pricing grow with my list size. However, they tend to focus on the quality of my list (and not it's size).
