I bought a peeler which broke after 5 years in daily use, contacted Marcus as it had a 10 yr guarantee. Customer service fantastic, sent out a new one without any hassle. Great to see a company that has integrity and stands by its quality products. Worth paying the extra for a good product and great service.

I have had a similar experience to many of the previous reviews.
I was bought a deluxe corkscrew set as a gift last Christmas, unfortunately the mechanism broke.
On the front of the box it says 25 year guarantee, so I thought I’d contact the customer service email.
Marcus dealt with my issue very quickly and after sending him a few pictures, I have a brand new one on the way!
Buying quality from a top brand really does pay dividends when you have these kind of issues.

I contacted lifetime brands about a fault that had developed with a cafetiere. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to explain the situation to a person, rather than navigate a 'bot'. Marcus dealt with the issue efficiently and swiftly and completely to my satisfaction. It is reassuring that this company lives up to the customer care statement on its web site.
20 year guaranteed Masterclass Baking tray did not last a year.
The Masterclass baking tray I bought scratched badly after a very short time, despite careful handling (no metal tools or abrasive cleaning) It was completely unusable within the year. I have the original packing but not the receipt so cannot claim under the guarantee.
First Class Service
We had an issue with a paella pan, we had an immediate response from Marcus at KitchenCraft who arranged a replacement which arrived within days. The service simply could not be faulted & we have no hesitation in recommending KitchenCraft.

I had a genuine problem with my non-stick porringer. I emailed the company. Marcus swiftly replied and within a day a new porringer was dispatched. Marvellous service with no quibbling or hassle. Well done.

I bought a Verona stove top coffee maker and broke the lid. I emailed off asking to buy a new lid or beaker but they very kindly and unexpectedly sent me a whole new coffee maker. I am delighted with them and would happily buy and recommend them. Great customer service! Marcus is a superstar!
Masterclass Casserole dish
I had a Masterclass Casserole dish and after about 16 months the coating started to come off. I contacted Masterclass and dealt with Marcus who quickly dealt with the problem and replaced my Casserole dish. What a lovely change to deal with a Company that actual cares about their Customers. I would recommend this Company without any hesitation.

Amazing service!!! I have a Misto Sprayer and it had a problem and I called KitchenCraft to ask them about it and the Customer Care representative was ever so helpful and has sent me a replacement item without me even having to ask.... I always buy KitchenCraft when given a choice as they are long known as the best name in kitchen utensils... Thanks again. KitchenCraft!!
Item replaced most courteously and efficiently
The base of my bread cloche from KitchenCraft broke and it was a gift via Amazon so I couldn't easily contact the manufacturer, but did identify them as Lifetime Brands Europe and called to ask if I could buy a new base from them. We don't sell bases, they said, but will replace the whole item for you. Soon after emailing certain details as requested, I received confirmation that a new one would arrive in 2-3 days. Impressive.

Absolutely first class customer service, what a polite helpful person. They asked for a photo of the item I was wanting help with. The same day I received an email to say the item was on its way. When it arrived I was shocked and pleasantly surprised to see that I had been sent a whole new item.

Great Company to deal with!
I’ve recently had a corkscrew break which was a disappointment as it was a very sophisticated design and often drew many complementary comments.
I’d had it quite along time.
I contacted Kitchcraft via their website to see what could be done.
Almost immediately I got an email back asking for a photo of the damaged corkscrew, I took a photo and sent it to them, upon receiving it they asked for my address and two days later a new corkscrew arrived,that’s what I call service!

I ordered a KitchenCraft Potato Chipper from Amazon and sadly on the first try it broke! I went back to Amazon and it said I needed to contact the seller. I dealt with a gentleman called Marcis and nothing was too much trouble. New item sent out the next day! First class service. Thank you 🤩

We took out our digital meat probe. But it had a problem. I tried to sort it, spent money, problem persisted. So, I called Kitchen Craft customer care service. A short chat and I was sent FREE the bit I needed. An act of generosity and kindness. Really impressed or I wouldn’t write this. Thank you M at KC!

we had a problem with some kitchen scales, rang Kitchen Craft, spoke to Marcus,and he organised a replacement, emails were replied to immediatley and the whole problem was sorted in about 15 minutes.

Bought an item via Amazon a few months…
Bought an item via Amazon a few months ago which I used a lot but after a few months it seemed to jam and not work as well . Contacted the seller and a guy called Marcus asked me for some information about the product and my problem .
He arranged immediately for a replacement to be send to me which I received a couple of days later . I much appreciate the customer service provided and would give a wholehearted recommendation .
