After purchasing a kitchen drainer sink basket noticed that the drip tray was badly warped and did not allow the water to run out. The quality was good but unfortunately there was a flaw with the drip tray. After an email to their Customer Service team this was sorted out and a replacement sent. No questions asked, no hassle just excellent customer service.......Well done.

Our (KCBCNUT) nut cracker handle broke when cracking a wall nut.

I reached out in order to try and obtain a new filter for a "Le’Xpress Italian Style 6 Cup Espresso Maker" that I purchased a while ago. The aluminum filter piece in mine had ruptured and was no good. Someone named Weronika helped me and she was really quick. After sending images of my product and proof of purchase, I received a brand new unit within a week.

I would give them 5 stars as service was very quick and Weronika was nice, but I only needed a new filter, not a whole unit. While I appreciate the generosity, I think it's really wasteful, and I hope that KitchenCraft (and other companies) start offering individual parts for replacement.

Other than that, thank you for the quick service.

Amazing service, my lid broke , so I sent them a message to see if I could get a replacement lid and they sent me a full replacement of the whole drinks holder,thank you

I purchased KitchenCraft Baking Beans and was delighted to find them. However both my partner and I had such difficulty in opening the carton that the whole contents spilt on the floor. Why make a simple task of opening a tub so difficult? If the contents had any contact with the food they would have been discarded. In my opinion it is a very good reason not to purchase another product from this company.

I recently bought a Masterclass nonstick frying pan and casserole dish from Mortens of Ilkley. I can truly say that they have transformed my life! No more ruined pans and noxious smells. They cook so beautifully and cleaning is a doddle. Thank you so much - I am completely in love with them. I must also praise the staff of Mortens who were friendly and knowledgeable

My connoisseur corkscrew broke and I needed to replace it. Email response was very prompt and after I answered some queries KitchenCraft arranged for a replacement to be sent out. I received the replacement 4 days later. All very smooth and hassle-free.

Originally Purchased from Amazon, the deluxe corkscrew broke after a few months & was replaced by Amazon. The replacement broke after 12months, at which stage Amazon said they could not help. I contacted kitchencraft & they immediately agreed to send another replacement. This arrived very quickly.

Whilst I can’t recommend the product after having 2 break, I can definitely say that the customer service was excellent.

I bought a MasterClass knife set in 2011 and recently one has broken. I contacted KitchenCraft and within 24 hours they replied and said they would send me a replacement. Excellent service from them
