Grat customer service highly recommended.

I e-mailed a question as to why my pasta machine had started 'jamming', expecting to get instructions on how to clean it or (since it was well out of scope for any warranty) the suggestion of which new one to purchase to replace it. Instead, we have been sent brand new pasta machine to replace it: no quibbling, no fiddling, and they don't even want us to pay the postage. Excellent !

I am blown away by the response from the Customer Services team at this company. The problem I encountered with the flask was dealt with immediately and without question. I received not 1 but 2 replacement flasks at no charge to me whatsoever. What a breath of fresh air!

I will never shop anywhere else for kitchen appliances.

During a recent spate of DIY I removed a pan rack from the ceiling, losing one of the retaining brackets for the shelf. Without this pans can’t be stacked on top of it, so I was rather grumpy! I contacted Marcus on the off chance they may have a spare somewhere so I could avoid having to do a bodge job and screw the shelf in place. My enquiry was dealt with rapidly, and a new bracket is on its way to me. Thanks so much!

I was given a cork screw as a gift which regrettably after a few months of lockdown use😁😁😁 regrettably broke. The fault was fairly minor so I had expected to receive a replacement part.
I was delighted however to receive within only a few days a complete replacement which was excellent service as far as I am concerned,
Kitchen craft could not have done anymore hence my excellent rating and ready support to recommend them to others

Fantastic customer service. I emailed customer service looking for a replacement blade for a potato chipper I bought. I received an email from a fantastic rep Marcus John who said he would replace with a brand new chipper. I was completely shocked and overwhelmed by this amazing offer and the level of his customer service expertise. Working in a marketing role I have to say this is the best customer service I have ever experienced, he is an asset to your company and more companies should follow suit. Fantastic work I will tell everyone about this keep it up

I bought my coffee pot some years ago via Amazon. It was my first purchase on Amazon and I found that the item inside was slightly damaged and did not contain a spare seal as said. At the time, it seemed too difficult to return the item.

Roll on the years, I contacted the supplier for a new seal [the previous one having lasted 10 years] and saw that the pot was no longer made. After an email to Customer Service, I received an email suggesting I have a replacement pot [for FREE]. I was fairly stunned and suggested a compromise---a coffee filter so I could save money on boiling the coffee pot and cleaning it! It was delivered today. How lovely is that!!!

I received a lovely teapot as a Christmas gift and within a week my husband dropped the lid and broke it! I contacted the company and a member of staff called Marcus John got straight back to me, asked what it was I needed and, within a very short time, sorted out a replacement. After receiving the replacement, I realised I had made a mistake with the product number code when I was giving the information and ended up receiving the wrong replacement - totally my fault. No bother to this company, who said they would send out the one I really needed and told me to keep the new item they sent me. At no point was I charged for anything, not even the delivery costs. The customer service has been amazing and I really want to thank their employee,Marcus John, for being so very helpful. If only other companies could have customer service like this one.

Your package of replacements arrived yesterday and Marcus, I just have to thank you so much for your kind part in helping make our Christmas here in France with a sprinkle of something special in this miserable year.
After my various seemingly endless repeat postal breakage difficulties with my daughter's present of some Alice in Wonderland teacups & saucers, it was absolutely refreshing to then encounter a Customer Service person who was both willing to listen, help and actually completely and swiftly sort out the problem without any fuss whatsoever. I totally commend you - you should take a bow and your company should be exceptionally proud.

Excellent customer service. My glass beaker broke shortly after purchase. Didn't keep the receipt. These guys sent me a new one. No fuss. Wish all companies were like this !

We had a slight issue with the roasting tin in the Masterclass Smart Space Stackable Bakeware set. The non-stick coating was flaking off.
Kitchen Craft promised to replace it, no questions/quibbles.
The replacement arrived a couple of days later and I was blown away to see they had replaced the whole set.
Amazing service from a company who clearly care about customer service and go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.

Post-Christmas 2019 I was gifted by my sister a beautiful pair of ombre Masterclass salt/peppermills. Recently I sadly knocked one onto our ceramic floor and the top part broke, beyond useful repair. Via Kitchencraft Customer service I enquired how I could replace this. Without delay they arranged to send me a complete pepper-mill replacement. Once again my house is well-seasoned! Thank you Kitchencraft Customer Service.

I have owned a deluxe corkscrew for a few years now and it has been fabulous. as expected the cork screw became a little blunt, so i enquired into purchasing a replacement. Talk about customer service....new screws posted to me within days and free of charge. so refreshing to experience true customer service. Thank you

Not just a great product but brilliant service even during lockdown. My email on Saturday was replied to on Sunday and deluxe corkscrew received on Wednesday!

I contacted Kitchen Craft regarding the lid to my compost bin. Marcus promptly replied and I have now received a new bin which arrived very quickly. Thank you Marcus, excellent Service.

I love my teapot! I use it about 4 times a day and it gives me pleasure every time! When I broke the lid, the customer service from Kitchencraft was outstanding, I cannot praise them enough.

Thank you to Marcus and KitchenCraft for exceptional customer service! My butter knife came apart and I noticed the peel off sticker saying 'Lifetime Guarantee" so sent KitchenCraft a photo. I received a very prompt response and a replacement arrived within a week. I generally avoid giving reviews, but the response from KitchenCraft deserves very worthy credit

I emailed KitchenCraft to enquire about buying a new lid for my 6 cup farmhouse teapot.(which we bought locally) Unfortunately they don't supply spare lids, but they will send me out a new teapot free of charge! What a lovely surprise! Thank you Marcus John!
