Delivery fee is shocking for only 2…
Delivery fee is shocking for only 2 doors. Iv had an entire bathroom, kitchen and 2 bedrooms delivered for the same price as 2 kitchen doors.

Our fees reflect the use of reliable, fully tracked courier services that prioritise careful handling to ensure items arrive safely and on time.
That said, we do try to keep pricing fair, and we offer free delivery on orders over £500 to help reduce costs where possible.

Called up and spoke with a lady called Jess - I needed samples urgently for a kitchen door replacement on a tight deadline. She immediately understood the time pressure and went out of her way to get everything sorted as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Incredibly polite, proactive, and genuinely helpful- super impressed. This level of customer service is a rarity these days.

Great experience from initial enquiry to delivery. Amelia was so helpful with product information and always responded very promptly with queries.
Product is great, I was replacing damaged doors and the replacements are a perfect match.
Delivery was ahead of schedule, but very welcome.
