Kitchen dreams? NIGHTMARE would be more accurate. Ordered some place mats, cancelled order same day as stupidly read reviews after and not before. They ignored request, delivered horrible, cheap, damaged product. Agreed to refund. 14 emails later and 6 weeks later NO refund and same answer each time, that they can't tell me when they will refund as down to the warehouse invoicing. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Now in the hands of my credit card company.

Ordered a gift for a friends engagement and it arrived far too late.

The box and item was damaged and the item was cheap and nothing like it was displayed on the website.

I wrote to them to advise I want to return this however I was not happy to pay the return fees. They asked me to give them a few days to find a solution and that was on 10/08 - still no response 2 weeks later after chasing them numerous times - avoid!

SCAM! Do not buy - they will take your money, never ship anything and stop replying to all emails. Full scam

We ordered very expensive 6 each red and white wine glasses last month from Kitchendreams Co.. The boxes on arrival when opened, two red wine glasses were found broken. We immediately informed the company with attached photos of the parcel and broken glasses within the foam packaging. The company never acknowledged or responded even after several emails. There is no customer contact telephone no. either. Only after we threatened to put our review and photos of the broken items on social media and write to the obudsman they finally agreed to send two replacement glasses. When the new parcel reached the collection point in Sanderstead the person at the countered whilst handing it over said that something inside th parcel sounded broken. Sure enough on opening the parcel one glass was intact and the other broken. Once again we sent the photos to KDs with a request to just send us a refund for the broken glass as we had enough of the back and forth correspondence, but to no avail. As of now even after 3 more emails there is no response from KDs. Be aware if the mercandise is sub standard or received damaged there is no recourse for replacement or compensation. Luckily we are nursing only the cost of one glass, albeit being substantial. The company needs to be exposed on social media for shoddy and non existent customer service.

I bought 2 wall lights and paid 75gbp for them, when I received them they look nothing like the pictures on the website. I emailed them 3 times in 13 days with pictures proving the issue and NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY. I am now left dealing with trying cancelling my transaction and reporting them to the ASA. I can't believe in 2026 these businesses still exist.

I paid £49.95 for a ceiling light and I didn't receive anything for my money. Don't buy!!obviously a scam!! I will let my credit card company know and they can follow up. horrendous scam company

If I could have proceeded with no star rating I would have. Shocking quality, extremely poor customer service and will not reply to emails requesting confirmation number to send back cheap, damaged goods.
I have had to go through a third party to try to get my money back.

I ordered 4 coffee mugs and 2 taller mugs and they were nothing like the website description. All 6 were in pieces due to the way it was shipped, basically in a foam padded envelope. The only redeeming quality is that customer service quickly responded to my complaint and gave me a full refund within a week. Beware! The mugs are the size of an espresso cup, My guess is they hold 4-5 ounces only.

I ordered two lights costing over £400. I thought I was ordering from a UK company. Deliver was appalling. It took near four weeks for them to arrive. By this stage I knew they were coming from China.
The quality is substandard. The lights are not fit for purpose and can’t be fitted. The company fail to respond to emails. I am trying to get my money back but it’s difficult when they ignore any emails sent. This company is a disgrace. By their actions I believe they are acting dishonestly. They charge a high price but send inferior products which are not fit for the purpose intended. I I wish I had seen their reviews before I placed an order. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DISHONEST DESPICABLE COMPANY.

I find their response astonishing. All my emails quoted my order number. Please reply to those Kitchen Dreams. It easy to reply to a negative review to try to make yourselves look good. Perhaps think about dropping the UK after your name. That will make it so much clearer that you are not a UK company. I think the reviews of your company not just mine show how poor you are.

Sadly after receiving a cheap Chinese copy of the alleged titanium fry pan that cost almost £100. Not as described, not fit for purpose. Email many time and they came back with, sorry we cannot refund you til you remove the chargeback that you bank has put on the account. My banks said there is no such thing?? Multiple excuses, and not after 30 days there blaming there delivery company. Never aver buy from them. Not only have they send a cheap worthless copy they have sold on my details including bank details to third party. I can verify this with the delete me app showing how were and when this information has been past on. You have been warned they are a data collection scam/ fraudulent company.

This company is a total scam, I ordered 4 solar lanterns, for £77 they were nothing like the picture on their website I wouldn’t have even paid £10 as they were a load of rubbish from China. I would never order off this site Beware buyer

Slow delivery. Wrong item sent, when I complained they offered 20% refund and to keep the wrong item. I declined and they haven’t responded to further request to return and refund

Scam site - sold espresso cups as full size coffee cups. Contacted them an asked to return and they offered 15% off to keep the item but "Of course, if you would still prefer to return the order for a full refund, we completely understand and will guide you through the return process."

Said I would prefer a full return and they go completely silent, havn't responded to a single email since.

Basically they know that the order is less than £100 so falls short of consumer rights. Avoid them.

Advertised shipping times are a work of fiction and non-existent customer service. Despite using the contact email advertised on the site, I've heard nothing from them and yet I keep being sent no reply "shipping update" emails saying everything is progressing but without any details, tracking or commitments.

I very clearly cancelled this contract due to their false advertising and I am yet to get the courtesy of a response.

I wish I'd come to TrustPilot first. This looks like an utter scam.

Don’t buy anything from this company. No delivery date given, haven’t been received by the courier. You email them and they don’t reply. Who knows when my purchase may turn up. Been a week and nothing so far. Was a present for a friend but I’ve had to order from another company who delivered the next day🙂

I placed an order for a fruit bowl which was described as being 'ceramic'. When it arrived it was cheap plastic. I wanted to return it and contacted them to get the details as there was no return form and label in the package. In spite of chasing them repeatedly on the 19th and 20th of March, addressing my request to their support email listed on their website, referencing my order number, asking for all documentation including any customs forms required as their website stated that all returns were going to Sweden at the customer expenses and stressing that it was urgent as they only gave 14 days to return an item, I never heard from them. Until I wrote this review!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The package arrived very late and is Chinese drop shopped. When the package arrived the tea pot packaging was completely destroyed and I wasn't able to gift as I wanted to. The thermos was cracked and cheaply made. Avoid at all costs

I ordered an alarm clock on 19th February and its now 12 March and still not received. I had to download an app called shop to track item. Once downloaded, it still says the item is in China on 12th March. What a joke! You think your buying from UK and being decived. Also, Temu items arrive much quicker than this. I have never known such bad service!!! Not even 1 star for this site!!!!

Poor quality items, misleading descriptions of free item, which arrived broken and dreadful customer care, avoid like the plague
